Spent a night in transit before having my flight from YIA the day after. I arrived around 4 PM and my room was prepared well and ready. Miss Kindra and her team welcomed me with a bright smile and explained the hotel's features. As a Platinum member, my room is also upgraded to the next room category, giving me a kinda corner room. Welcome drink is served at the rooftop bar/restaurant, and I took the chance to test the salad, and it was nice, and priced affordably. The breakfast option is generous and tasty, with a mixing of traditional, western, and a bit Chinese options. The hotel also provides a shuttle to get you to/from the airport. It has a big swimming pool, a kid's corner but the gym is just small and doesn't have many options. Overall it was a nice experience. However, I did not get the chance to get a personalized welcome note in the room. Thank you Ms Kindra again for the warm greetings.

Brand new building and facilities. The room is well-lit. You've got everything you need, from a work desk to a comfortable chair, a lounge chair, fluffy pillows, puffy beds, a kettle, and other complimentary items. The shower has both a rain showerhead and a handheld. Water pressure is good, and all soap and shampoo are provided. The dining area for breakfast is located on the 11th floor, offering a stunning view of the hills and surrounding area; it was unfortunate that I was in a hurry to catch my plane. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the receptionist, Ms. Kindra, was nice and efficient in making sure that we had everything we needed. I might come back if I'm taking the plane to Jogjakarta again next time.

I had a great 3 days 2 nights here with my family, We stayed in the superior room with amazing Airport view. I appreciate all the staffs for their help and they would go miles to help their guests. Friendly of the staff is felt starting from the entrance, from security, receptionists, housekeeping and staff in the restaurant. the room is clean, the bed is comfortable, the linen and towels are also clean and white, there is a sofa bed near the window. Overall the hotel is clean, including room, restaurant & public facilities. The only one need to check is the exhaust in the bathroom, the smell is entered the bedroom area. Fb services is quite long, we have to wait almost 45 min to be served just for buy a slice cake. Seems lack of staff. Anyway, thank you for the hospitality.

I didn't expect to find such a great hotel near the airport, but Novotel Yogyakarta Near Airport (YIA) was a pleasant surprise. The staff was exceptional, going above and beyond by arranging extra shuttle services and even sending my forgotten item to my office (special thanks to Rika). The night market with its affordable and delicious food was a standout, especially given the lack of nearby cafes and shops - they also made special pickle for me (I forgot the staff name but he is so helpful). We arrived in this hotel because we were left stranded by a flight company; they even spontaneously and we were looking for a place to spend the night in the vicinity of Yogyakarta airport. If you find yourself in this need, then this midrange Novotel is the best you can wish yourself. The structure is new, the rooms ample, well furnished, comfortable and silent, breakfast is excellent and there is a good restaurant on the last floor with nice vistas from the terraces, a spa and a nice swimming pool (a bit shallow, but perfect to refresh yourself). Finally, the personell is extremely kind and makes you feel at home.

We had a pleasant stay at Novotel YogJakarta Airport. The breakfast was complimentary and delicious. The reception staff were attentive, even calling directly to our room to inform us about dinner promotions. The hotel provides free airport shuttle service, and our room had a beautiful view of the mountains. It's a shame we didn't have more time to enjoy it fully, so I'm fly in early morning💖

Getting to the new Yogyakarta international airport can be time consuming, and if you don't take the train you can get caught up in the traffic. The new Novotel is within sight of the airport, and the hotel provides a free shuttle service. The hotel itself is superb. Excellent facilities, food and service. The rooms are clean and modern, and the views fantastic and the staff are helpful and friendly, Moreover, it represents excellent value for money. Forget the stress, stay there overnight to make sure you catch your flight.
