First of all, I would like to express my gratitude to Ms. Işın and Mr. İsmail for bringing such a decent and high-quality place to Kaş, which we love very much. Thank you for your efforts and your heart...

Even before we came to the hotel, dear Ms. Melike and Mr. Mustafa informed us about everything, and they were very attentive. We were greeted with a smile when we entered the hotel and we settled into our room. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable, and everything was designed with elegance and elegance in a modern style. Quality makes itself felt. Although the hotel has options with private pools or terraces in its rooms, all rooms offer the same comfort and spaciousness.

On a beautiful morning in September, we said hello to the day with the harmonious sound of the waves hitting the shore and the freshness of the fragrant nature, with her positive energy, Ms. Işın and her cute little dog Bella. Ms. Işın is a truly wonderful person. It made us feel egoless, as if we were coming to my sister's house rather than the hotel owner.

You will find family sincerity with all my heart at Casa Bi hotel, located in a beautiful bay overlooking the open sea on the Çukurbağ peninsula. You will definitely have a relaxing and peaceful holiday experience with its aquarium-like sea and aesthetic design.

By the way, although there may seem to be a lot of stairs going down to the sea from your room, if you want to swim in a clear and calm environment that will do Kaş justice, believe me, it is worth it. Definitely do not compare the crowded crowded Kaş Beaches with this place. If you come here, you will understand very well what I mean :)

I would also like to thank the members of the Casa Bi family, especially Ms. Melike and Mr. Mustafa, dear Koray, Mısır, Fatih, Sude, Aslı, Mahmut, Aşkın and everyone whose names I cannot write, for their efforts, for their unwavering interest in Casa Bi hotel, where we stayed for 5 nights and did not want to return.

Hope to see you again next year…

We stayed for 03 nights in October 2023. Being inspired by exceptional reviews we were absolutely disappointed with what we have experienced. We were coming from gorgeous Marmaris and that probably have interfered as well. First of all - be prepared to the challenging landscape and walking a lot up and down so that definitely might be an issue for kids/ elderly ones or those who have some difficulties with movements. I do agree -the elevation makes the view nicer but at the same time - the hotel is facing some kind of a gulf, so you do not really see opened sea other than opposite side of the gulf with the road and rocks. We arrived at approx. 2200hrs and we have informed the hotel about the late check in in advance via Whats App chat. Restaurant was closed and none of the options were ever suggested. Breakfasts (included) were very poor and purely Turkish with lots of bread, different types of marinated olives, tiny portions of omelets if requested, no variety of seasonal fruits and horrific coffee. Again - we did compare it with excellent previous experience in Marmaris in a same category hotel (for a lower price). Wi-fi kept disconnecting and/or didn't work at all so if you need to work remotely or to stay connected (which we did) while your stay - keep other options in mind (mobile internet, using that as a hot spot for laptop). We addressed that problem numerous times to the hotel staff/ management, zero concerns were given except of advising to keep trying two available networks (none of them worked). Seaside access is rough with rocks and stairs but that is a question of preferences of course. Water is clean and calm though. We took a private pool room, the pool is in shade most part of the day, you are seen from all the directions as well so do not consider it fully private, there is no need to overpay for that option. Photos on the hotel web page/booking website are professional ones so gives you the impression that the room is super spacious which is not. The hotel is brand new (opened in 2023) but the quality of the side works are questionable, many things do not function well already (shower doors etc.). We didn't spend a single day inside of the hotel fully (except nights), travelled to nice beaches around by rented car (you do need a car in Kas to stay flexible!!!) and had meals elsewhere. We had a mid-day flight away from Turkey so requested an early check out and early breakfast option to take away and were provided sandwiches and fruit juices the day before being said that the kitchen is not working in early hours. At 07 am trying to do a check out and to pay additional charges I was running around the hotel trying to find any staff member to do so. Kitchen workers (bingo!) contacted somebody over the phone, and sleepy irritated young girl completed a check out procedure. All the requests from us followed well in advance, pre-informing hotel personnel about the upcoming plans/needs. We were told that the hotel has its own standards, and they are sorry that we are not fully satisfied. Zero client orientation, poor food, staff not being available at the reception all the time, challenging parking/ walking out/to the hotel's entrance due to elevation, absolutely not recommending it for this money. We did indeed wanted to love it which unfortunately didn't happen.
