We had w wonderful time staying at The Origin. The staff were delightful and very helpful. Lovely pool and our room was very quiet. Thank you for looking after us so well. Breakfast was delicious and it was good sitting out overlooking the pool.

Lovely place to stay. Rooms where nice, cool & private. Beautifully design however build quality not flash. Pool was amazing, bonus pool table too. Staff where kind, nearly all trainees with limited english understanding. Easy to order food however not much point asking questions. Internal comms not flash, you’ll be asked the same question by two or three people. Bit out of town but mopeds sorted this. Overall good stay

The hotel is simply stunning, the photos on trip advisor are not updated to their current boho/scandi theme (check booking.com instead). We just love the decor so much, it flows so well throughout the whole hotel from the entrance through to the rooms. The pool is so clean and we loved that it’s slightly heated allowing for those late night swims. The food in the restaurant is delicious and fresh, breakfast was so varied and plentiful. Usually we spend all our time exploring the city we are in but in this hotel we often spent whole days just lounging around in the beautiful hotel grounds, especially since the spa offers such affordable treatments too. We spent 4 nights at Origin. The food was very good, best breakfast in Indonesia so far. And the staff was so nice and helpful. The hotel also had a nice and relaxing vibe. I really recommend Origin if you are going to Lombok!

Reading the other reviews, i live in indonesia for 9 years, food and beverage consulting HoReCa is my job, i stayed here 3 days and 2 nights ( i m cecking out now) and even if there is a lot of training to do, overall this is the best Facilitiy well organized close to Kuta Lombok. FOOD is fresh, ingredients available are FRESH and is the most important thing atm. Menu is Basic but very tasty on variable Mr Ferdy at the recpetion is a gentleman, Ricky at the bar is a legend, intertaining guests with proper english and proper sense of umor. Tips for the staff 😉: -not too much chatty chatty at the bar/restaurant area and LOUD lough when guests are Hanging out or working on line. -not too much push from the spa to guests to have a massage. They know what they want - not having normal milk at 930 Am breakfast time Saying " the supplier didnt delivery it" is not an exchuse, earlier in the Morning before breakfast time start, take the Cash and go to fresh market to buy fresh milk 😉💪 Tips for the management -install phones in the rooms Room service is extremely necessary in this scenario, relax, Hot beautiful Designed place It could increase your daily revenue and help guests to dont go to the bar to order something simple. - we could have a chat and discuss eventually of a staff general training with my corporate in Bali +393495319689 PACO whats app Kind reguards I ll be back for sure This place is beautiful with a lot of potential Could be perfect with some little adjust Still 5 star for the amazing effort the staff does #legends…

A few days ago we booked the property for honeymoon, that was my first time visit kuta Lombok, The road is very dirty, dust everywhere, we tried to call property to pick us up or guide us, but no answer, and after 2 hours they call us back just said no refund for cancelation !!!!!!!

I'm very lucky to booked a night at Origin for only 300.000 rupiahs (usd 20)!! They chare discount rate to bounce back after the pandemic. For that rate, I don't get breakfast, wifi, and tv. But the rest was still high quality: spacious room fully equipped, bath equipment, large mineral water, towel (6!) Terrace, bean bags, good AC, good bathroom with hot water, and the best of all the pools. 2 pools with beautiful setting. Hope they get many customers soon. And everything went normal again.

My partner and I booked this for the night before our flight out of Lombok, as it looked like the best close option to the airport. The staff were all very friendly, the restaurant had decent fish and chips, though we weren’t fans of the burger (but it is really hard to get an American tasting burger in Lombok, eating local dishes is a better way to go), and the shuttle into town is convenient. The hotel did not provide a lot of relief from the heat, as the front desk and restaurant are outside and the room AC did not halt our sweating, even at night (though it might have just been our room). A few things to keep in mind to manage expectations that are typical to the area: the shower and toilet are not separated, the bathroom may be smelly from the pipes, and the outdoor restaurant has a lot of flies. All in all, this is probably the best 3 star option in the area, especially for the price.…
