We can't say enough good things about Anansaya La Maison. We've traveled the world together, and this was the most hospitable hotel experience we have ever had. First and foremost, the staff is incredible. They go above and beyond to make your stay not only comfortable but personal to you. They helped us book a private tuk-tuk & tour of the temples, made dinner reservations, gave us tips on where to go in Siem Reap, and made us feel like family. Seeing May, David, Lipton, Binn & the rest of the staff every day made us feel at home. The rooms are modern, spacious, and clean, and have everything you need for a relaxing/comfortable stay. We stayed in the Cabana Room and it was worth the extra money (the bathroom felt like your personal spa). The restaurant has great food (Chicken Curry, Fish Amok, and the fresh spring rolls were our favorites) and the pool area is beautiful and spacious. You don't feel crowded by other guests. We will for sure be back when we travel to Siem Reap and will recommend this place to our friends. Thank you Anansaya La Maison for an amazing stay in Cambodia! PS Shout out to May for being #1! :)

Absolutely fantastic hotel! Could not rave about them more if I tried. We were greeted at the airport with fresh coconuts and ice cold towels to feel refreshed as we were taken to the hotel by air conditioned car. They offer a tuk tuk service where the initial journey is free and you pay for the service on the journey back to the hotel, however the price is very small and the tuk tuks wait for you. They also have contact numbers if you want them to collect you from a destination. The tuk tuks also provide water and cold face towels which were a godsend with the heat. The staff were always friendly and offered to help with everything we needed. The rooms have so much space and are so clean. The restaurant offers exceptional food and the pool is so refreshing to get into after a hot day of exploring. I could not have picked a more wonderful hotel! Special shout you to Emily and May who made my stay in Siem Reap incredible and unforgettable! Thank you so much! Would recommend 100% to anyone to stay here!

Located 5 minutes by tuk tuk from the main centre this medium sized well designed hotel offers a fantastic relaxing atmosphere with spacious rooms and very friendly staff. Laundry was done to perfection at no additional costs while reception staff made sure transportation was always on time for our next adventure. Room rates were well priced and the owner took personal interest in guests well being. Will be back in future !

Hands down one of the best hotel experiences we ever had!!
We had the warmest welcome one could dream of: pick up at the airport with fresh cocounts and refreshing towels by Emily who was super kind and helpful. The whole staff was there to greet us upon arrival and we immediately felt like home.
The hotel is very stylish and beautifully designed, there are plants and trees everywhere even in the bathroom, the rooms are spacious, tidy, quiet and very comfortable. The two swimming pools are immaculate and the restaurant serves delicious food (and they also were very helpful regarding allergies and gluten-free food). The spa experience was also wonderful, thanks to their professional team we could truely relax after a long day visiting temples.
Most of all we appreciated the service: the manager Binn was always there to accommodate our wishes and definitely walked the extra mile to make our stay unforgettable. We received fresh fruit every day, the laundry service was extremely quick and there was a tuk-tuk always ready in front of the reception to take us into town for free (6 min ride). The hotel owner David was also super welcoming and gave us really good tips on what to visit and where to eat.
Overall, we felt like we were part of their family and we liked it so much, that we extended our stay and will definitely come back in the future!

If you’re looking for a cozy home away from home, look no further.

My husband and I booked a 3 day stay at Anansaya La Maison to celebrate his birthday. Immediately from our arrival, Emily, Bin and the rest of the staff made us feel so welcome. They even surprised my husband with a birthday cake!

The rooms were spacious, meticulously clean and made amazing use of indoor/outdoor space so you never felt far from nature. The amenities were 10/10 too. We enjoyed the spa services, hotel shuttle to downtown, complementary airport transfer, free laundry and a yummy included breakfast each morning.

Another highlight of the trip was the private Angkor Wat tour the staff arranged for us. Tour Guide, Som, and driver, Mr. Chea, helped us make the most of the 1 day tour. Som was so friendly & knowledgable. His tour taught us so much more than we could have anticipated not only about the temple system but also about the Cambodian culture and history as well. The other benefit about staying here was that, because of the hotel location, we could pop back for a breakfast & rest before more touring. An essential we hadn’t anticipated when you book a 4:30am sunrise start!

We can’t recommend Anansaya La Maison enough. This place made us fall in love with Cambodia and we can’t wait to come back.

We stayed 6 nights at Anansaya, with a package including 90-min massage per
day per person and roundtrip transfer to the airport. Everything was perfect : the staff is dedicated and very nice, the rooms are beautiful, the pool area is even better than in the pictures, massages are great and the food is excellent. Lots of treats like free refreshments whenever you come back from a visit or sometimes at the pool, fresh fruits in the room, and free laundry. The hotel is very calm although close to a large road, it is conveniently located between the center and the temples. They offer free tuk tuk to the center (you only pay the way back). The hotel also organizes day trips to the temples and other sites. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Anansaya. Many thanks to David (owner) and his lovely team, we will definitely come back!

Anansaya is a relatively small resort tucked away near the center of siem reap. It is beautifully landscaped, with plenty of trees to shield the buildings from the intense sun of the dry season, making the place feel much cooler and shadier than the rest of siem reap in general. The room was beautiful, the bed was comfortable, and the toiletries provided were naturally derived and smelled wonderful. The service provided was truly excellent, and every person we met was extremely friendly and helpful. We were very impressed by gestures such as the complimentary fruit platter daily, complimentary laundry service, and transportation to and fro and destination was easily and promptly arranged. The food the restaurant was also the best we ate in our whole trip, far better than the other eateries we were recommended by various tour guides. Although small, there was an associated spa onsite, with good service at very reasonable prices. We would definitely return to this place in the future, and would highly recommend it to future couples traveling to this beautiful city!

The experience has been amazing, from being met by David the owner of Anansaya La Maison at the airport with fresh coconut juice and a cooling towel then shown to the most exquisite room adorned with fresh lotus flowers and a huge bathroom amidst plants and flowers in an open air shower. We were greeted with a bottle of wine, cheese plate and fresh fruit and thankfully a lot of water. We took two tours which were organized by the hotel through Long who helped us navigate the best things todo with great patience, especially as we decided last minute to see the sunrise over Angkor Wat and hired an English speaking guide Som. The temples are large and spread out, so it is necessary to have a driver, we chose a Tuk Tuk which is the perfect form of transport for that area. Mr Pich waited outside while we toured the temples and as soon as we were done he would hand us cold water and a cooling eucalyptus scented towel then transport us to the next area. As for our guide I can’t speak highly enough of Som who was extremely knowledgeable and very interesting he was easy to understand and navigated us through the temples, in the shade, away from the crowds and narrated the history in such a way we were spellbound by his descriptions. My only regret is not staying longer as Cambodia is truly magical.

Since our first step into Anansaya La Maison we were super impressed by the hotel crew.
They have been waiting for us in front of the entrance to welcome us with a lovely smile and cold towel plus a very refreshing coconut juice.
We love the swimming pool badly, what a huge silver tiles pool and you will have plenty of sun there. The ground was super green everywhere. Breakfast was really really delicious, the bed super comfortable and the room fully decorated with a mix of lovely modern and traditional style.
The most important thing that makes this hotel becoming my favorite place for my holiday in Siem Reap is because of his beautiful teamwork, everyone super helpful and very friendly.
Highly recommended.

Our stay at Anansaya La Maison was one of the best ever as a family.

David (the owner) personally picked us up from the airport and we were treated to fresh coconut water and ice cold fresh towels as soon as we sat in the vehicle !!

As we arrived at the hotel, the image of Binn warmly greeting us with "Welcome Home" will forever be etched in our memories. That is literally how we felt during our entire stay.

The family suite (2 bedroom) that we stayed in was tastefully appointed and was immaculately maintained. The beds were amongst the most comfortable that we experienced in a hotel stay.

The service was simply outstanding. The staff were polite to a fault and took care of our every request instantly. Emily, our host took over our itinerary and her advice on our activity plan was spot on. The restaurant staff ever smiling made breakfast every morning such a joy.

While leaving, we couldn't help but feel that our trip to Siem Reap should have been longer. After routine stays in brand name hotel chains, it was so refreshing so experience hospitality done so well by a small business boutique hotel.

We will definitely be back.
