I was there last April and had a good stay. They never picked me up ever. I requested several rides and it never happened. If you arrive late in the evening, it's only 2 dollars to get there. Spend the money. Don't try calling the hotel

This hotel was great.
Very guest friendly and professional, always caring about you. Staff was nice and always showing respect.
Big room, big smart tv, fridge with small freezer, balcony. table to eat.
Air-condition could be a bit cold, but would recommend to put on auto then it will be perfect and will turn on and off and not get to cold for throat.
I recommend this hotel :) and the customer service they give.

Checked in on 30 Sept until 3 Oct, all 4 days & 3 nights were just fantastic. One of the best Hotel to stay in Pattaya nearby Beach, Food is good, location is good, the warm welcome received from Miss Kay was fantastic throughout the entire stay. Huge swimming pool to relax after hectic day, nice indian restaurants and many good massage parlous are just steps away. Nightlife is also hardly few minutes away. I am definitely going back to this hotel only again in my next year's 7 days holidays. Thanks everyone at Bella Villa Prima.

The hotel is very good located and in a quiet area. The deluxe rooms are spacy and great but the mattress was a big disappointment. Too soft. We had a bad sleep. The swimming pool with Sauna is great and the staff very helpful and friendly.

Good sized bath, shower not so good.
Breakfast delivered to your room every morning, no buffet.
Hotel a good solid choice.

I booked a deluxe room through Hotels .Com in January for 12 March, for16 nights, when I arrived they first didnot have a booking then found it but had double booked the room. I was offered an upgrade if I paid a surcharge, which I refused as it was thier mistake.
In the end they found a junior suite, just a very plain larger room, but 3 days later they demanded I move to another room as they claimed some other guest had booked that room, but I could stay in that room if I paid a surcharge ?,all this at 7pm, despite me being in and out all day, they waited, until I was going out to dinner to spring it.
Hotel is conveniently placed but no views other than Hospital car park.
Reception staff seem only to speak Thai, but cleaning and kitchen staff very polite.
Breakfast would be good if it were hot 80% of time cold.
Like a previous reviewer I cannot understand this hotels rating, this room for instance has a roughly repaired hole in wall and, 2 broken floor tiles and furniture has seen better days.
As I could get no response from Reception staff have sent their Public Relations Manager an e-mail,
As I am still staying in the hotel be interestingif he puts his past words into action
If he does I will amend this report.
But in the meantime if you book this hotel, make sure your booking is confirmed

I had 10 days here for a break before finishing travelling. The hotel is difficult to find and taxi drivers don't know it, but the rooms are good. Loud building works next to the hotel, indifferent young reception staff that are more interested in chatting with their friends than helping guests. Room service is reasonably priced, but reception don't speak enough English to understand what you're ordeing and get it frequently wrong.

We stayed at the Bella Villa Prima in 6 nights. Location, staff, cleanliness everything was very good and we have nothing to complain about. The breakfast selection have a great choices and the staff in the breakfast room extremely friendly and nice. This hotel is on the best place in Pattaya, away from hustle and bustle and noise. We will choose Bella Villa Prima next time when we visit Pattaya.

My wife and I visited Pattaya in December and had stayed at Bella Villa Prima for 3 nights and 4 days.
The hotel is very conveniently located with the Pattaya beach located at one end on the road (on which the hotel is located) and the Alcazar theater and other interesting road at the other end. It takes a 5 min walk to the Alcazar theater and a 15 min walk to the Tiffany theater. There are pretty good restaurants - including McDonalds, PizzaHut at a 5 minutes walking distance.
The hotel is pretty economical and light on the pocket! :)
The rooms are nice and cosy, bright, spacious and very clean. The hotel staff is very helpful, courteous, polite and always sported a smile on their faces. The pool is pretty big and clean, although we didn't get a chance to enjoy it during our stay.
We had breakfast included in our package and I must say it was one awesome breakfast. The spread was nearly infinite with tasty and lip smacking dishes. Though the breakfast menu used to be more or less the same everyday, we never got bored with it. Actually we couldn't have enough of it! :)
No room for any complaints... A highly recommended hotel. I would surely stay again at the same hotel on my next trip.

We have stayed at the hotel for extended periods several times previously and has always been very happy with the service offered by the hotel. However, every time at checkout, an issue about the minibar and other items placed in the room, arose. We make a point of not using any of the items – some snacks, two packets of condoms and drinks in the fridge. However every time, on leaving, we were asked to pay for items which we never used There is no list provided in the room of what should be in the fridge or in the room, so it is not possible to verify whether that the items are present on check in. These issues were previously cleared up after discussion. It however leaves a bitter taste when after having stayed at the hotel for 3 weeks or more, to be “accused” of taking a coke or a bottle of water.
In January/February 2017 we stayed at the hotel again for 23 days. On arrival we were asked to pay a deposit of bath 500; a new arrangement but not unique as many other Thai hotels have a similar system. We had to check out on a Sunday and on the Friday, checked with the front desk whether there were any charges to be paid. The reason was that we have ordered ice several time for the room which we paid the delivery person in cash, but in the past these payments did not always reach the front desk. Perhaps the delivery service thought the full amount was a tip. On the Friday we were informed that there were no outstanding amounts. Which was strange as we used the laundry service once and signed for one small bucket of ice - baht 15
On Sunday we checked out 40 minutes before the time for which the transfer was booked. The check out went smoothly until I asked for the deposit to be returned. We were then informed that bath 495 was due for a nail product which we used. No such product was ever in the room – I would have noticed as I stayed more that 3 weeks! After discussion, the cleaning person was called and we were taken to the room where the manager searched the room (on top of cupboards and under the bed) for the nail preparation. A discussion in Thai took place between the manager and the cleaning lady and it appeared as if she was going to be held responsible for payment.
Assuming the matter closed but unhappy that the cleaner (a very nice person) had to pay, we thought the matter settled. However, new charges now appeared; two imported beers having been consumed, water and most amazingly a packet of condoms. We are not sex tourists and elderly, one of us almost 80 years old. So the issue about the condoms is perhaps a backhanded compliment.
We disputed that we used the items. Further animated discussion with the cleaner. By this time the transfer had arrived. We were told that when we “used” the items a written invoice would have been put in the room. No bill was ever placed it the room. Grudgingly the deposit was returned with once again I think, the cleaner having been informed that she would need to pay.
We left the hotel feeling very upset, vowing not to return. This is a pity because the hotel is overall very good and very well situated and other accommodation in the area with kitchen facilities, difficult to find.
The hotel should provided list of all payable items in the room so guest can check on check in.
We might in desperation stay at the hotel again. However, I will insist on check in that every one of the payable items is removed from the room before moving in.
I therefore, almost reluctantly, give this hotel one star because of the check out unpleasantness.
