Grande Centre Point Space Pattaya garners praise for its impeccable cleanliness and the attentive service provided by its staff, though a few guests have mentioned occasional slow response times. The rooms are celebrated for their modernity and comfort, with some minor concerns regarding staff cooperation on special requests. The hotel's space-themed atmosphere is a hit, particularly with children, and its location offers a tranquil setting with convenient proximity to shopping and dining.
Its extensive amenities, including a water park and rooftop pool, are well-regarded, yet some guests suggest there's room for improvement. Opinions on value are mixed, with some guests questioning additional charges.

Detailed Reviews

Hotel Overview:
The hotel in Pattaya is a premier choice, delivering an extraordinary experience highlighted by its architectural elegance and meticulous attention to detail, making it a visual feast.
Spa Access:
It's important to note that spa access is segregated by gender, an aspect not disclosed on Booking.com. This separation can be a letdown for couples seeking a shared relaxation experience, especially since the Osens spa may fall short of expectations without the option for refunds.
Dining Experience:
The buffet offers satisfactory options, though it doesn't dazzle, partly due to occasional issues with food temperature. On the brighter side, dining by the pool stands out for its value, offering delicious, reasonably priced meals.
Accommodation:
Rooms are remarkably beautiful, boasting spacious balconies that provide captivating sea views, enhancing the enjoyment of your stay.
Recreational Facilities:
The hotel's complimentary games room is a pleasant bonus. The water slides offer thrilling enjoyment, despite the pool's chilly temperature. The lazy river might initially disappoint but is worth experiencing.
Staff and Service:
The hotel's staff deserve high praise for their friendliness and exceptional service, particularly in maintaining the cleanliness of the rooms, which significantly enriches the guest experience.
Recognition and Transportation:
Its unique features make the hotel easily identifiable, simplifying transportation arrangements. The sense of exclusivity upon arrival is unmistakable, adding to the allure.
Overall Recommendation:
This hotel is arguably the top reason to visit Pattaya, alongside attractions like the dinosaur valley park, making it an essential stop for travelers.
Conclusion:
This hotel promises a memorable stay with its stunning aesthetics and thoughtful amenities. While the spa access and buffet quality may require consideration, the overall positive aspects such as the exceptional accommodations, recreational options, and stellar service position it as a standout destination in Pattaya.
Additional Note:
The location is ideal, offering tranquility away from the nightlife and crowds, while proximity to Terminal21 Shopping Centre provides convenient access to dining and entertainment options.

In a sparkling synthesis of luxury and comfort, this hotel delivers an unmatched hospitality experience. From the moment you step into your room, the inviting comfort of a clean, well-maintained space embraces you. The room is wonderfully complemented by a gorgeously appointed bathroom, infusing an elevated sense of relaxation.
The property takes pride in its attention to detail, reflected in the immaculate common areas that provide both a sense of security and order. A standout feature is the fabulous children's area brimming with activities that entertain not just the young ones but also the adults. Ball pool, PlayStation 5, arcades – there is a host of options to bring out the kid in everyone.
The water area is an absolute delight. My children reveled in the expansive fun zone that offers a wave pool, a leisurely river ride, slides, and more. Adding to the experience, the array of food stalls peppered across the area offers a gastronomic journey that's hard to resist. For those seeking tranquility, the rooftop pool provides the perfect serene getaway.
Morning delights come in the form of a scrumptious breakfast served with a side of magnificent views. No words can encapsulate the pleasure this hotel has given us. The warmth of the hotel management and staff, their eagerness to assist, makes every stay feel like a homecoming.
Ensuring utmost safety, the hotel maintains a secure, closed premises that leaves you at ease. Its location is a dream, with the newest mall in Pattaya within proximity and the Pattaya Beach a mere 600 meters away.
My only caveat is the softness of the bed – a minor issue and ultimately down to personal preference. In 23 years of experience in Facility Management, it is rare for me to assign a full 10/10. However, this establishment earns it with aplomb. A superlative experience that redefines the benchmarks of exceptional hospitality

Its a new hotel in town, not on the beach but rooms are Seaview due to high rise buildings. As its new property so the prices were over priced. Paid bht 10,200 for triple room per night.
Check in took long due to long queues for check in as well as out.
Trendy hotel with modern style rooms. They have used concept of space. Love their bathroom mirror with all touch switches.
Lot of activities for families with kids n youngsters.
Not recommended for people who r looking at quiet hotel to relax.
Room service was quick despite of being full occupancy during the weekend.
I love lets relax spa which opens till midnight. I was the last person in the spa ;) on that day. Hotel guests get discounts of 10-15% on treatment’s.
They have game rooms / mini golf / small waterpark etc which requires hotel coins to play or use facilities.
U need to wear hotel waterproof paper tag to get in to water park or pool area.
Love their breakfast spread. Something for every national like korean / Japanese/ asian etc . Many choices but avoid peak hours as waiting goes upto 30 min. Ice creams also available during breakfast time.
Over all good hotel but will wait for a while before going back.

The hotel is fairly modern but is geared towards Thai and predominantly Asian guests. Check in took 45 minutes and we went out for some food and when we got back the room still wasn't ready. The facilities are reasonably good with an extensive pool with lazy river and a single water slide however there's not enough chairs etc around the pool and there's little signage and limited lockers for stashing valuables around the pool. Breakfast is a full on rugby scrum and not really worth the effort, there was one domestic coffee machine and it is really not adequate for the numbers involved and in fact for me breakfast was a disappointment, that said there's other better options in the area. The hotel is also completely alcohol free so if you like a glass of wine with your meal I would look elsewhere. In summary the room and pool are okay but the rest is a disappointment and I won't be coming back and wouldn't recommend it to a friend....

A brand new hotel in Pattaya. Rooms were clean and tidy. We booked the 2 bedroom suite for our family with 2 two boys (10yo). It’s simply a connecting rooms of a 1 bedroom suite and a Twin bed room. All the staff in the hotel were friendly and nice.
We enjoyed the water park a lot except the water was a bit too cold in December. It’s hard to jump into water in the evening. The slides were fast and suitable for adults too!
Breakfast time was a bit chaos. The staff leaded us to a table then we went out to take the food. After we returned to the table, there were a woman sat there and claimed the table was belonged to her and she sat there for 30mins. As we didn’t want to argue with her and asked the staff to find a new table for us. I think the hotel can give a sign on the table which was occupied to avid any confusion. For the food, the variety is plenty but sometimes with long queue.
For the swimming pool (sky pool) on the highest floor, it’s not welcome kids and only allow adult guests.
We also enjoyed the Japanese Onsen ( hot springs) on 7th floor. There were clean and make you feel like in Japan, the relax area were good too! But please not you have to naked in the onsen, no swimwear, and make sure you take shower before soak into hot water.
Overall this hotel is good for holiday and we will come again.

This hotel it seems is aimed at well to do Thai and Chinese families.Don’t expect to come for a peaceful romantic stay as the hotel is full of children enjoying themselves.
This isn’t a complaint as I thought the hotel was fantastic from arrival at very busy reception to the amazing water park swimming pools on offer plus a fantastic rooftop swimming pool with views over the city and Bay of Pattaya and further afield.
The rooms are futuristic with all mod cons for room lighting and iPhone charging pads. The bathroom was very modern with Japanese style toilet and large modern bath and shower. The bed was large and very comfortable with a nice balcony with fantastic views.
The water park is as you’d expect full of excited children which was great to see.Breakfast again was very busy and noisy but to be fair if you were a couple the staff were putting you at the furthest end of the restaurant which seemed quieter.
As I said previously this hotel is aimed at families with children so don’t expect a peaceful time though once inside the room it was very quiet.
Even though the hotel is expensive to stay it was worth going for the experience. In room service had a choice of western and Thai dishes at a reasonable cost.
Finally, the video show on the outside of the building at set times during the evening was fantastic.
Definitely worth a visit.

The family including elementary and preschool children stayed 4 nights.
Pool, kids club, and token use for games and meals.
Anyway, there are devices that children can enjoy everywhere, and it is a great hotel for families with children.
There was a happening in the middle of the night where a family member was injured, but the three of us, a male staff member, took care of the injury and quickly changed the room.
I guess it was the manager who cared about me many times after that, and I was very kind and thrilled.
All the staff were so hospitable, they were the kind of people who symbolized the Land of Smiles.
I want to stay again next time.
【meal】
Breakfast is served in a wide variety of buffets.
Vegetable fruits are also fresh.
Japanese food is miso soup and white rice.
The venue is large, and although it's crowded around 8-10, it doesn't line up.
The staff quickly pulled down the dishes after the meal, giving us good control over the placement of vacationers.
【Location】
Terminal 21 is a five-minute walk away, and everything is there. There is a convenience store right next to the hotel.
The rooftop restaurant is reasonably priced and has a beautiful night view. Much calmer and better than Bangkok rooftop bars.
There are several restaurants within walking distance for lunch and dinner. The bread and pasta from the cafe next door are delicious.
【Pool】
It's like a wave pool, a flowing pool, a water slide, a shallow pool, a jacuzzi, Disneyland and it's irresistible for kids.
Overall it was clean and the water quality was checked thoroughly.
There is also an adults-only pool on the roof, which is designed for non-families.
There is no washing machine or dehydrator.
【Room】
Clean with space-themed interior.
The bathroom is large and the bed is large.
There was a small drying on the veranda.
【Vacationer】
He is almost Chinese. I didn't feel bad about eating or swimming in a five-star hotel, perhaps because of the new one.
I didn't see any Japanese.

Id like to give this place a good review but it’s really just purely a tourist trap.
1. Don’t ever go at the weekends. Breakfast is like watching a flock of locusts and an extremely uncomfortable place to be. Caters mainly to eastern taste and you can see why. During my stay only saw maybe “3 or four” western families with the other 700 odd rooms taken by Chinese tourists it seems.
2. Staff tend to treat you more like a number than guests “tourist trap” although I will say every maid we met working were lovely
3. No bars or drinks served in restaurants. You have to order or bring your own from outside (alcoholic this is). I understand that they are targeting families but for the price paid I’d expect the facilities the same as other venues.
4. Stop allowing parents to bring their yo Ping children in the gym/spa area. It’sa place for adults to relax surely. Even in the spa kids were running round and shouting

The hotel is new, very comfortable bedding. Very nice toliet with warm seat. Location is close to terminal 21.
Yet the service is a bit strange compare to other hotels. We asked for house keeping after we use the pool but the hotel rejected us said house keeping only clean once a day and for extra blanket it needs charge. But later on the managment sorted out for us.
The spa is very nice there. It’s a nice hotel but if the service can be more clear and improve will be perfect

+1
I stayed the hotel with my family (my wife and 2 and 4 years old babies) for 4 days.
The staff was professional and helpful at all the times! The room was clean and the Babies play room was excellent too.
The water park was great, but if the number of guest was too high, the water park cannot handle the large number of the guests. And easy to getting lift traffic at the morning time.
You can see that the design of the number of rooms is much higher than the area of the water park, that's mean is very easy to getting full house at the water park.
The buffet also can't handle the biggest number of guest too... food comes out very slow, easy to see empty food. (may be not enough staff)
The best place at the resort was the rooftop swimming pool, because they don't allow children's under 16 years old to enter! It means you can really have a real relax time without the annoying of the childrens there!
And the best place was the gym! It's 100% truly the best fitness room I've had in hotels! Amazing view and high classes of machines there! I actually spent a lot of time in this gym room. (I really love it)!
And one more things to improve was the card of the car park, it was really boring to have to go to the front desk to read the card in everytime when you are going out!
