What a beautiful stay we had in this lovely hotel, from start to finish, Mary couldn’t have done enough to make sure we had a comfortable stay allowing our small dog Heidi to join us. Our room was fantastic, clean and tidy & had an adjoining room for our friends. The hotel itself was spotless, staff themselves where outstanding couldn’t have done enough for you, Ana in reception always smiling & had time for a quick chat with ourselves & Heidi our dog. Great food was served in the hotel , a hot breakfast & as much as you could eat every morning & our meal in the evening was delightful, a great choice from the menu. All the staff where so friendly & made our little Dog so welcome as did other guests who where staying in the hotel. I gave this hotel 10/10 and will definitely be returning . Raymond, Kyra & little Heidi x

We had a throughly enjoyable 3 nights here in the hotel. Everyone employed were truly lovely to engage with and their service in every department excellent. The room with lake view was truly lovely and facilities including Netflix on the TV superb Great WiFi too everywhere. The food in both the restaurant and brasserie were excellent and surpassed the normal standards generally found in hotels.y wife thoroughly enjoyed her Spa treatment. We would certainly recommend The Lough Rea Hotel without exception. Thank you all.

Would highly recommend this hotel. It is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. We went here for my husbands 30th birthday and I decide to message the hotel to see could they could help me do something special for him. They were very helpful and got back to me straight away. When we arrived to the room there was a 30th balloon and a gorgeous desert with happy birthday wrote on it and to top it off two non alcohol beers as my husband doesn't drink. We went for dinner that night and the food was top quality and with the times that is in it, we were well distanced from other tables. If yous are looking to go somewhere for a wee break I highly recommend Lough Rea Hotel.
