I visited this hotel. Everything was indeed good as usual as hospitality and all but i just came for breakfast and as i was nt feeling well and couldnt eat much their two servers Ramesh and Chiranjit notices one brought me hot water without even asking me and Ramesh brought me camomile tea to make me feel better. Throughout the bfst time they were v attentive and vigilant and knw their work really well. M so happy because of these two gems here.

Such a lovely hotel, very friendly staff and some lovely meals to choose from! During this short stay we decided to try a relaxing moment at the Spa and it was really great! Thank you Vika, Nanda and Dia for the healing hour!! We will be back for sure, thank you!

Sep 14th 2023 Oh, what a delightful evening we had at Hulhule Island Hotel on the 14th of September, 2023! 🙄 It's truly heartwarming to witness how they've managed to make their service even more memorable. Who needs attentive staff anyway? We love the adventure of marching to the bar counter to place our orders! And those smaller portions? Such a clever strategy to keep us coming back for more... or maybe not. Farewell to the legendary buffalo wings – they've apparently taken flight into the land of humor. But hey, at least the prices have taken flight too! Bravo, HIH, for your inventive approach to customer satisfaction.

I’ve been in this hotel a lot of times already and there’s always this particular waiter from Indonesia named Febry, that always takes care of me. Very accommodating and friendly. He’s always with a smile whenever approaching the customers. Thumbs up to you Febry!

Visited this Hotel as an external guest in August of this year. Great indoor and outdoor bars with a swimming pool. Also pool table and darts. Bar snacks and more substantial meals. Alcoholic beverages as not in a residential area. Not easily come by elsewhere unless on a resort island. Excellent customer service from Santiago and Angor and the rest of the lads . A really great bunch of staff. There is also a bus laid on at the end of the evening to transport people back to the ferry and airport area.
