Stayed here for 3 nights and had a really good time. The decor is very modern, crisp and up to date. The room was clean and amenities were very good and consumables were replenished daily. Due to our ferry being delayed we weren’t able to book in until very late but the staff member was extremely accommodating and it didn’t seem a problem. The bar area is again very modern and offers a very relaxed atmosphere. The breakfast was very nice, and again all the staff were extremely friendly. It was like they couldn’t do enough for you! Would 100% recommend the lodge hotel.

Travelled all to way from Kerry to coleraine stayed here for 2 nights with my partner and son! My 10month old son is completely dairy free! The staff had absolutely no problem accommodating him and made sure he was well and fed! thanks so much to the waiting staff for being so patient and the kitchen staff for whipping up dairy free breakfast and dinners! Hopefully we will be back again

Very disappointed with the carvery only one meat and no friendliness, not the warmest food or coffee, I can’t see us coming back as the only good point was quick service and the ambiance was quiet which is nice

Thank you for taking the time to post a review. Having received so many excellent reviews regarding our popular lunchtime buffet, it has been rather disheartening to read your comments. We only ever offer one roast at our lunchtime buffet and the choice of 6 savoury dishes. Please accept our apologies for the disappointment you felt on this occasion and we hope that you can give our bistro a second chance in the future.

Warm, friendly, welcoming hotel. Excellent service, great value for money. The staff (especially in Elliott’s Bistro) couldn’t have been more helpful. Stayed three nights this time but have been here on many previous occasions and will definitely come again.

Third visit to this fabulous hotel, booked on the spur of the moment on Sat for Sunday night. Phoned ahead to ensure that we could book for dinner as well which was lucky as bistro was pretty full. Nothing to fault here from initial phone call to reception through to check out. The whole hotel is well and comfortably decorated to a high standard: bar, breakfast room and lounge areas bright and spacious. Rooms are large and comfortable and as with everywhere else in the hotel, immaculate. Lovely, well kept grounds including a little secret garden. Best of all are the efficient and friendly staff and a special mention for the guy from Aberdeen in the bistro, who served us fabulously with drinks and with dinner later and we had a good bit of craic thrown in throughout. But all the staff appear to manage to do everything they have to to a high standard whilst continuing to be friendly, attentive and interested.
