Stayed 3 nights in a sea view room. Large bedroom and bathroom, everything very clean, all Covid procedures followed. Loved being able to walk to the Giant's Causeway. All staff very helpful and pleasant. Only criticism was the evening meal menu. It was the same every night with only one vegetarian choice. As one of us is vegetarian it meant having the same meal each night or going elsewhere. Ate in the restaurant one night, second night in the bar where they provided a starter with chips as a main meal, third night went to Bushmills to eat. Would stay again

Charming hotel in a fantastic location next to the Giant's Causeway and its Visitor Centre (entry was included in the price of our stay). Hotel was clean, comfortable and cosy. We dined in both the restaurant and in the bar, same menu for both and the food was lovely and well priced. Breakfast was good too with hot and cold options, a perfect start for exploring all the nearby beauty spots! But will save the best 'til last - and that is the staff. Without exception they were all friendly, attentive and the service was prompt. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! Thanks to all the team at the hotel for such a relaxing and enjoyable short break :) xo

Enjoyed a FABULOUS family lunch today. Steak burger & fish & chips are highly recommended. Attentive staff with excellent C19 measures in place throughout. The shortbread is gorg. Will return. Free parking in hotel car park but monitered by Visitors Centre attendants. Ensure you tell them you are dining to avail of this.

The trash in my bathroom was not empty from the previous people what questions how well they clean the room in covid times. There was also a dirty spoon near my table in the breakfast. The Giants Causeway ticket which should be free when you stay in the hotel needs to be booked 24h in advanced which once again I was never told about when I question about the women told me that was because I booked through booking.com and not with them. My point of view is I paid the same price so I should be told about stuff like the other people that book on their website. Also I have an electric car and when i got there at night I knew there was a charging point 2 min walk form the hotel but unfortunately it was close because it is part of the Giants Causeway. I was not worried about since I had 50% battery but asked in the reception if I could still park there and charge or not. The guy was really nice and let me park by the hotel and charge on one of their plugs which is part of the hotel. Although I was never told I would be charge or how much. I am not saying they should not charge but they should have told me it was 40 pounds which is insane since you dont pay to charge in Northern Ireland anywhere and I could have charged anywhere else for free. I was told in the morning they were going to charge only because I went to the reception to tell the women in there that I was going to take my car because she didnt even know the car was mine. She told me they shouldnt have allow it and that would be the price for it which is just stupid since it is not my fault the guy allowed it. The hotel also didnt had any information on how much it was to charge a car which is 3€ at home for 100% be aware I charged 50%. They pretty much tried to make easy money on me and that just made my day horrible. After I complain they did 20 pounds because I only charged half of my car and when I asked to do a formal complain she told me they would call me later. I fell I will be waiting for ever.

I am very disappointed by your review, The hotel reception contacted you prior to your arrival to make dinner and breakfast reservations and bookings for the visitor experience. There was no response and no voicemail option- This was recorded on your booking. Your reservation made through booking.com was irrelevant. You stated you found the missed call and called back which is correct. you also stated that we mentioned the visitor experience but you did not understand. You also stated you couldn't understand why we would ask you to book dinner when you hadn't seen a menu. We were simply offering you a service with no obligations. With regards to the car. Our Duty Manager kindly let you plug your car into an electrical point at the hotel, he was not aware that your gage was at 50% and you also stated to reception that although your car was plugged in all night it only managed to reach 50% which is why we discounted the charge, this was not due to your complaint but due to you saying that it only charged 50%. As stated the hotel does not offer a service of charging your car, we went out of our way to accommodate you so that you would not break down. The hotel pays commercial rates for electric not household and a service was provided. To find a charge which was very reasonable and to not want to pay was highly disappointing. As stated also to you, the manager was on her days off and would contact you on her return. We are always happy to receive feedback from our guests as your opinion does matter to us, The review also needs to be a true reflection of the incident which took place.
