A great choice for travelers looking to stay in homey and comfortable hotel. The service is great as the staff is super helpful and will go out of their way to cater to your requests. Rooms are clean and the pool is very well maintained for a great refreshing swim. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay at Zoukotel! The staff is very welcoming. The room was nice and spacious. The bathroom very clean. We had a room with a view and we enjoyed every day the sunset from our balcony And the pool is REALLY beautiful!!! We will definitely come back there

I would have given this 3/5, but I can't get past not having a non-smoking room as an option. My friends and I stayed here as a convenient location to go scuba diving out of the nearby marina. For that purpose, the location is great; for seeing Beirut, the location is inconvenient. The staff were friendly enough. The pool outside looked nice, though we did not spend any time there. The room was fine and had a nice balcony. The bathroom was very dark, and the shower head sprayed water everywhere except where it was pointed. Super cheap!

Positives The advantage of the Zocotel is the staff ... The location of the Hotel is bad as it’s far from the city and shops. We ordered the food online. The Room is Oki. The view was very nice. It was clean. The breakfast was Oki not a large variety. Nothing fancy. The staff are nice and helpful

Unfortunately we we're deceived. The breakfast buffet is extremely poor and never changes. The personnel are either unfriendly or neutral. The suite kitchenette is empty: You must bring your own plates, glasses and even spoons. For sure I'll never go back there 😒😒😒

Hotel is not bad but not perfect. Very clean, staff are very friendly in all sections but we were disappointed for many reasons. first we booked a senior suite supposing to include a kitchinette but there were none! The website doesn't mention that the pool opens from 10 am to 6 pm only!!!! We were expecting to spend the night by the pool. There were leaking from the AC into the closet that led to wetting our clothes and when we noticed we were about to leave but we didn't get even a apology! Anyway it wasn't so bad due to the nice ambiance and on floor staff but not to visit again!

Hotel is a former residential building and it still seems like. Altough very outdated, it's very clean and in a good location. Close to Beirut city center, Getta Grotto, and Lady Harissa. Breakfast is very satisfying. Staff is very kind and helpful. Quick check-in, check out. If you have tight budget, won't spend time in the hotel room and want to be close to attractions it's good for what you pay. It's hard to find but there's a free parking lot. It's a clean and central two star hotel.
