As a global travel addict and guest here last September this hotel is among the extra ordinary. I did not explore beyond the hotel, spa and enormous vineyard operations but driving through it dose not seem a rich area for tourist sights and dinning options. There were 2 restaurants in the hotel both exceptional but even having said that you will find your expectations exceeded i am sure in room options on your private terrace. With only two days, there is far more to do in the hotel and surrounds than that time would allow. This is an enormous early stone Monastery i spent a good hour just wandering the vast galleries furnished with the very best 16th and 17th century furniture. The amazing subterranean spa facilities, need a half day at least The reason many guests travel there experience I am sure. May will be very hot so venturing out away from the Spa and deep 15th century stone cloisters might be a second thought. I read the hotel's reply, short understated and polite the manners of a absolutely top class hotel its on par with the very best in Paris or London, you will be looked after in the sane style.
