Best service ever! The manager Vito was the best!! He went to pick us up 2 times because we skied too far :-) The hotel was perfect, service also. People were super nice. We are coming back ❤️ Vito si tu le lis c’est Marissa et Alizée de la Belgique :-)
We stayed a week in March in the Koh i Noor hotel and enjoyed a wonderful time. Rooms are modern and comfortable, skiing in and out was perfect and the service in the hotel was great. The dinner in the gourmet restaurant diamond noir was really good. The standard restaurant was ok, the food sometimes a bit boring and the service could have been a bit more attentive. The Spa was nice, however it should be clear to all guests how to use a Sauna and for example not use mobile phones in the Spa area or use the Sauna without a towel.
Positives - Stunning views from the top of VT village from the rooms -Beautiful hotel bar / balcony - Clean and attractive ‘Residence’ apartment - Complementary kitchen essentials (cloth, sponge, mini washing up liquid , x3 dishwasher tablets, tea towels) - 1/2 way towel change -Free shuttle taxi to the town as and when you need it (this is 5*!! ) -Pool access is lovely after a hard day skiing Negatives - Expensive hotel bar/ lunch bbq!!! (If it was a bit more reasonable we would have used a lot more) -Extra cost for 1/2 way clean (is it really 5* to clean the apartment yourself all week??) - only 1 pillow per person - only 2 toilet rolls - Ski in / ski out for the ‘Residence’ is a short walk across the front of the hotel, up a flight of stairs and through the ski shop -Noisey drains can be heard in bedroom/ in the pool when the water fountain comes on Overall would 100% return to stay here as it has the best views of VT, lovely apartment, the pool is a bonus and the free taxi shuttle is amazing ❤️…
A great hotel. Never saw such a manager of hotel, who is always there, solve any problem, from the slightest one to any, with a smile, and gives a great feeling to all the guests. Ski in/ski out hotel. Great ski service, a very nice spa , and beautiful rooms. A very good singer pianist is there every evening.
Superb hotel, well run and all the staff were friendly and very accommodating. Locker room and ski shop provided an excellent service and the equipment was first class. The spa was of a high standard and I loved the outside pod Jacuzzi with the panoramic window overlooking the valley and ski slopes.
