I visited during the first week of July with my partner, sister and partner. One of us spoke the language, which was lovely but the hosts were friendly regardless. We arrived by bus and got a little lost so called the Krka haus and they arranged transport to get us to the hotel at a reasonable price. We were then offered a lift to the park as it was late in the afternoon and very hot. Our rooms were clean and spacious and we had time to make use of the pool. The pool was so refreshing after a long afternoon at the beautiful krka National Park. We had an early night but I stayed up watching some amazing lightening outside of our window! The next day, we had forgotten to say we would be staying for breakfast so there was no space for us but, even so, we were given pancakes, chocolate spread and some lovely black tea. It was a wonderful trip inland and we would definitely do it again. Please remember that this will be a different experience than chain hotels, this is more personal, the area is quiet, lots of wildlife (we saw a snake - amazing!), beautifully tended garden and an overall cosy feel. Bari and Zora could not have been more helpful! Such a lovely couple with great advice regarding Krka National Park and how to get around. Perfect location around a 25 minute walk from the entrance or a 5 minute drive :) They made sure we were well looked after with 2 beers in the fridge on arrival and the room itself was very spacious with kitchen amenities. Could not recommend this place enough! Thanks both :)

We were welcomed warmly on arrival and given really good advice on the best way to visit the waterfalls and park and avoid the peak season crowds. Our hosts also told us about a fantastic restaurant close by serving delicious local food. The room was clean and the pool was very welcome after our journey from Dubrovnik.

On arrival was greeted with a lovely smile from our host as we got out of our car. This is a large house with rooms. We had our own bathroom but it was across the corridor which was a little odd for us as we were not used to not to having en-suite but caused us no problems whatsoever. Rooms were simple but very clean. You will have the best breakfast in all Croatia served by the family! Truly wonderful experience being in a Croatian home and they made you feel so welcome. If you want a truly personal hotel this is it, as you meet daughter, mother, father and grandmother all of whom are delightful people. The pool is a wonderful and is large enough to cater for all guests. It even has a light show at night in the pool where water changes colour. We stayed in 5 star large hotels and frankly we enjoyed staying here just as much. It is 2 mins from Krka national Park which is why your here, so this is a great budget hotel and although great price it is an excellent hotel and very clean with a great welcoming atmosophere.…
