This is a lovely hotel, with pretty gardens and a good pool. But, at luxury hotel prices, we were disappointed with ‘premium’ room, quite different from the photograph on line. Really cramped for 3, think it would really not work for four. The sofa bed meant a table had to be moved in front of the wardrobe so unpacking was impossible. The small terrace is nice but tiny and no view. Again, in this price range, I would expect a good breakfast, instead this was not included but 15€ per person, adding another 185€ for our family of three, for our 4 day stay. A lovely hotel but expensive for what is offered

We thank you for your message and we take note of your comments. Your "double family" room is a double room with a sofa for 1 or 2 children. I invite you to prefer a Suite with 2 bedrooms better suited to your expectations We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you during a future stay Yours faithfully

We stayed here twice and it was absolutely lovely. Quiet, tasteful & relaxing, with pretty gardens and a very warm pool. The staff were very helpful, especially Virginie who is one of the nicest and best hotel professionals I have ever encountered. I hope her boss reads this! There's no evening restaurant but plenty nearby. We would definitely stay again.

We were pleased as usual with Le Cottage. FROM the minute you arrive the reception staff make you feel welcome and all staff are so pleasant. The buffet breakfast is really excellent - I don't know what more they could offer and the quality of the food on offer is extremely high. My one complaint is that smoking is allowed on the balconies and that makes it very unpleasant for other balcony users. As we don't find passive smoking pleasant it meant we had to come off our balcony, close the balcony door and put on the air conditioning. Shame when the weather was so pleasant. We have stayed in some hotels which are completely non smoking and they have been full so it obviously doesn't ruin client numbers. Apart from that it is a lovely hotel and we will be back again!

We ordered a shot of liquer and we paid 20 euros. Ok we should have asked but the benchmark was sangria copas (12) so we never could expect such an expensive charge. It really spoiled the experience. Furthermore there must be a solution to manage children in hotel pools. Ok they have the right to play and so on but couples shoukd also the possibility to enjoy a littlw bit of tranquillity. Differentiated hours is a possibility why hasn’t anybody thoight of it yet?

We thank you for your message and we take into account your remarks However, I would like to remind you that our rates are clearly displayed; The glass of 5 cl of liqueur is at 10 euros, and we have served to you 2 glasses During the summer and in particular in the month of august we receive a lot of families, and indeed the children are present and I'm not sure they appreciate the ban at the pool at certain times of the day. It is certain that in June and September the weather is also very beautiful and our guests are delighted with the pool so quiet Yours faithfully

We stayed for two days and loved this hotel. The room we had was beautiful, with views over the pool and hills. The garden is lovely and the whole place is very well kept. Staff are relaxed, friendly and helpful. There is a very good pool and spa. The hotel has free parking; it is about 15-20 minutes walk from Argelès beach and 5 minutes from Argelès village. There are plenty of places to eat nearby and the hotel gives recommendations. All in all, an excellent hotel.
