We stayed here because we couldn't get in to another site just up the road. The gods were looking down on us that day. We originally decided on a 3 night stay but extended it to 5 nights. End of june was quiet and all facilities accessible and clean. The pool was lush and the bar drinks real and not watered down. All staff were so friendly. The shop was well stocked with baguettes cooked fresh all day. Didnt use the snack bar but there were many pizzas being carried back to different parts of site. Dont know what it would be like at height of the season but would happily go back again in June. The town with its sea front and many restaurants are within an easy 5min walk.

Overall a good campsite if you spend your holiday in the area with many positives. Don't know how crowded it gets in August but in early September it was perfect. On the plus side: - Clean and cosy mobile homes (at least the one we had was nice and most of the others looked OK from the outside as well) - Clean and not too noisy campsite, where you can reach everything by walking - Really close to the beach, not too far from the harbour and the central tourist street - The small supermarket is OK (fresh baguette/croissants all the time). Other supermarkets are within walking distance. - Friendly, helpful staff Some small things to improve: - The coffee in the bar was really, really horrible (and expensive) and I think they use ketchup on the pizza - The pool area is more suited for smaller kids - based on the pictures I thought the slides would be bigger Can't comment: - Animation. We didn't try the kid's club and the evening programmes didn't look very attractive. We checked once or twice and weren't our taste but some others clearly enjoyed.

just come back from a brilliant holiday. The site was really clean as was the mobile home. I was a bit worried as I don't speak any French but the reception staff were really friendly and spoke enough English. The pools were great. There was a cool and warm pool. We went at the beginning of September so though still nearly fully booked the pools were not too busy and there were plenty of sun beds. The whole site was peaceful and had no problems with noise. The pitches are mostly shaded with trees. The place was perfect for our 16month old who loved the toddler pool and children's playground with big bouncy castle. Due to toddler we didn't get the chance to sample the entertainment so cannot comment. Had some lovely pizzas from the snack bar. The site was also really close to the beach and resort centre so shops and restaurants really close by. Beach has disabled access in the central area so making it easier with a buggy. We are definitely going again next year

We have just returned from one week at la sardane with our 6 year old son. What a fabulous holiday from start to finish! The staff are lovely, special thanks to oscar the English guy on reception and the great food and service in the restaurant. It was quite quiet when we went as the French kids return to school at the end of August so it was mainly little children there. Our caravan (a riviera 4 person) was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Our neighbours were also very friendly bringing luke sweets every day (I tried to speak a little french to them!). The campsite is ideally located only 2 mins walk from the beach and hundreds of restaurants to choose from. The swimming pool is fun with 3 big slides, a covered area incase of bad weather and a special section for little ones. We enjoyed seeing the otters on the bridge near reception who were very tame! We hope to return someday!

We stayed here for a couple of nights in July so saw the place at maximum capacity. It has all the facilities you could require but not the necessary level. For example, there were 6 showers for 100 plots and the swimming pool and surrounding area is tiny for the 400+ plots. The positives? It has a good, well stocked supermarket and is close to the beach. Negatives? Inadequate facilities as mentioned and because this place is aimed at kids and their parents it is very busy and noisy.
