Lovely Aparments, had a couple of issues but rectified very quickly. We went in the summer so was very hot but the air conditioning wasn't working well. The apartment was big and the pool was dirty sometimes. Stayed at the block with the pool a short walk away from the reception in the newer building. The beach was a short walk away where you had to pay for for most of the space but we just stayed for an hour everyday with our beach mat right at the front so didn’t pay for beds or umbrella as they expensive. Not many pans to cook with and no kettle which was really missed but we heated water in a pan but it got very hot when the electric cooker was on as the air con didn’t work very well.

Spent three months at the Beverly while on a buisness trip. The rooms were clean and inviting with plenty of amenities geared towards a long term stay. Michael and Lara were terrific hosts who gave plenty of helpful advice on weekend travel plans.

I stayed at the Beverly Park for 11 months while working on a project in Italy. The entire staff was fantastic! They went out of their way to make sure our stay was as enjoyable as possible. The rooms were large and clean...and any issues were addressed and corrected as quickly as they could be. Lara and Michela were great helps when giving suggestions for places to eat, shop or sightseeing...even helping to find a local doctor that spoke English for one of our team members. I highly recommend staying there if you are looking for a "Home Away from Home"

Michela in the office was GREAT, very helpful!!! the bldg was rather "new", elevator and secure property with parking. We were in room 205 on Oleandri. Nice big space divided by boxy closets into bedroom and sitting area. Unfortunately bad lighting did not allow for reading in the evening, was a bluish light. There was more lighting on the balcony (all night long) and in the bathroom. Use of Bagno Tirrenia was really good, walking distance, excellent facility and food. Right in the center but street was off to the side so not so noisy. AC was good. Fridge didn't cool properly so milk went off faster than usual, drinks not very cold. Beds comfy. Sofabed was shabby to look at but the mattress of the underbed was firm. LOADS of closet/storage space everywhere. Couldn't figure out the washing machine. Free Wifi but didn't know you needed a password for each unit. (Michela can give them to you). I would stay again if I was going to Tirrenia. You need to bring everything; they provided pots and pans, dishware, broom only.
