We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Bristol. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome by Enrico and his team and throughout our stay the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotless. The breakfast was an excellent continental offering. The hotel is a 15 minute walk to a variety of restaurants. A bus to Pisa is also available near these restaurants and it stops right by the Pisa Central Station (approx 30 minute trip) which has numerous services to other Italian cities. We travelled to both Lucca and Florence both train journeys taking less than an hour.

Great Hotel - clean and friendly family run, with attention to detail, Enrico and his lovely wife makes you feel very welcome and we’re all ways on hand to answer all your questions. A short walk to the centre of town, lovely restaurants and beaches near by. Public Transport to Pisa very reliable. From there you can explore the the rest of Tuscany. Hope to visit again in the future. Well done to the team at Hotel Bristol

The hotel rooms are clean except for the occasional small flying beetle in the bathroom, which I crushed in the window screen since there was no way to get it out. The parking for handicapped is completely asinaccessible, we had to park on the street for level barrier free parking. The swimming pool is clean and there is one tennis court. The staff is practically hostile if you ask for a soft boiled egg, or advance notice about room price which we were only informed of at check out that it had doubled from last April, and they wanted cash. While there clothing a hanging rack fell on me, the maid tauntingly, without excusing herself, asked if she had poked me with it... I left no tip. As we prepared to leave a staff member took our outdoor room tablewe would use for setting our packages on, being handicapped, to load in the car, to hold a meeting with some other workers, being rudely loud and completely inconsiderate towards us. Their attitude is to taunt the handicapped prejudice the clientele and take the money. After contracted with DOD I have a left arm amputation and spinal injury, though a PhD with which to marginalize hostile establishments..

Had the most perfect 6 days staying here. The staff are amazing and go above and beyond for their guests. They are hard working keeping the hotel and grounds immaculate. The breakfast was continental and lots of choices. Very helpful with advice on how to get to places. The pool was absolutely perfect along with free bikes to explore the local area. Easy to get a bus to and from Pisa. We were sad to leave will definitely be back.

Lovely quiet hotel in quiet area. Staff helpful and friendly. Enjoyed my week long break there . The pool area was brilliant very clean and plenty of sun loungers. About a 10 minute walk from the beach and the area with shops and restaurants. Nice fresh continental breakfast every morning. Will visit again in the future. The transfer from the airport was approx 15 mins.

Stayed here before lock down in 2019 and what a lovely hotel. Family run by enrico and his lovely family who can’t do enough for you, absolutely wonderful family. My wife needed medical treatment whilst staying after being bitten and they personally arranged a doctor to come to our aide. Breakfast on a morning was lovely and a very wide choice. The rooms were nice and the pool was lovely. Would definitely stay here again, that family touch goes a long way. Keep up the great work enrico and family

Fantastic hotel - spotlessly clean, spacious rooms, very friendly staff. No shortage of sun beds day beds and loungers - take your pick. Pools are great - terraces immaculate. The restaurant food is delicious and varied. Breakfast was over a long period to feel relaxed and welcoming not rushed with a choice of air con room or terrace. Wide choice of food with some daily changes. 10 minute walk to the main road. So far enough to be quiet and relaxing - close enough to shops, bars and restaurants. Reasonably priced massage - which I took advantage of at the star of my holiday to ease myself into a very releasing and thoroughly enjoyable week long stay. My only criticism is that there are no irons available. But who want to spend their holiday ironing anyway ! Lassi itself was quieter than I had anticipated but only a short distance to Argostoli.

I stayed there with my family and we had a great time. The location is perfect, 10 minutes away from the beach and restaurants and just a couple of minutes away from a small supermarket. The hotel is very clean, the pool is great and the staff is very kind and helpful. The rooms have A/C, and double glazing. On our arrival, Signor Enrico gave us all the information regarding the area and how to travel to Pisa and Livorno. We had a great time. I recommend it.

Just back from a fabulous week's stay at this hotel. Extremely friendly, laid back and helpful owner Enrico who goes out of his way to make you feel welcome. Rooms are spotless. Breakfast delicious-lovely to have fresh fruit (and pastries!) and a pot of English tea. Lots of other options too. Pool was fabulous, clean and never busy. Tennis court a bonus too. Small supermarket 2 streets away and only a 10 min walk to beach and a variety of restaurants. Bikes also available to use free of charge. A very well positioned hotel just 15 mins from Pisa airport. I don't hesitate to recommend it to anyone who needs a relaxing place to be after touring the nearby cities of Pisa, Lucca and Florence, especially in the August temperatures!

We booked this hotel on the basis of the excellent reviews and we’re not disappointed. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the service was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble and all the staff were very friendly and polite. The pool area was lovely and the tennis court was an added bonus. We would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.
