The staff is really bad at English and not service minded! The rooms are big but you can literally hear every thing going on in the hotel, we are staying on the third floor and I hear people in the lobby....never quiet... the food was good and you could find something for

Self catering apartments brilliantly sited for ski in and out. No more than a 5 minute walk to the lift or bubble. Views from balcony stunning, shower produced hot water and the hobs worked to boil water. Size of apartments great. Didn’t have time to use gym or pool. Was a

Amazing Hotel. Lots to do in the local area. Helpful, friendly staff. However sofa beds are rather uncomfortable. Restaurant buffet can be expensive. Very close to the nearest lifts to town centre and further out into the Vialattea.

We came to Sestriere for our first skiing holiday as a couple. We weren’t looking for 5* accommodation as skiing lessons and equipment are expensive enough and we thought we wouldn’t be in the accommodation a lot of the time. The Olympic Village didn’t disappoint - the rooms

Hi Daniela There is a microwave and a double electric ring stove. Both work really well. Couldn’t make toast but managed porridge, eggs, sausages. A bit of juggling is required but we managed to feed four adults and two children. There’s a large deep pan for stews or pasta, a medium saucepan and a small one. A frying pan. Two cup espresso pot. Four large cups. Four espresso cups. Four glasses. Cutlery and plates for four. Ladle, grater, knives. Basically if you can cook there’s enough utensils. The shop is pretty well stocked although I would shop first thing for fresh bread and meat, both are good. Fruit both in the shop and village isn’t the freshest. Local wine in cartons is good. Lots of cleaning products plus loo rolls. You will find it more or less has everything. If not I’m sure the hotel staff will help you with things. They are exceptional. Hope you enjoy your stay as much as we have.

I don’t know, but if you make the trip to the local supermarket, I’m sure it will be much cheaper then half board there.

Hello Is there anywhere we can wash clothes during our stay please.?
I am not sure if they offer a laundry service. I doubt it. I didn't see any washing machines or launderettes in the resort I'm afraid
