This was the best hotel of our 2-week Italy vacation. We loved everything about it, especially the relaxing atmosphere, wonderful meals, and anticipation of our needs before we even asked. One morning I was ill and didn't make it down to breakfast and they called my room to check on me and to see if I was okay. So thoughtful. I would love to go back again someday. Very friendly and helpful staff.

This warm family hotel is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in.
I accompanied my husband who was ski ing and I decided I would walk every day. There was free walking trips each day. The reception staff would book this for me and give excellent instructions on how to get there.
At the end of the day we used the excellent spa facilities with outside heated spa pool and inside pool sauna steam room.
I had intended to use the gym however did not get the time.
The inclusive breakfast and evening meal was excellent.
I hope to return.

This was our third time at the Genziana. It is a fabulous hotel with superb cuisine, friendly staff and spotless upkeep. The location is perfect for access to the lifts and wandering in Ortesei and we had a superb week walking. The views and locations are stunning. If you like an active holiday and want luxury in the evening you can’t beat this. Our favourite place ever.

It is awkward to get to from the UK. Suggest flying into Innsbruck and then taxi transfer: about 90mins and €200 each way.

This hotel is a great base for a stay in western Dolomites region, within walking distance to chairlifts for Seceda & Alpe Di Siusi & funicular to Resciesa. Very comfortable rooms, ours had a separate toilet & bathroom, sitting area and balcony. Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast many varied options . The wellness area is exceptional, heated pools, indoor and outdoor, the outdoor pool is a spa too and the indoor spa area is perfect for soothing tired muscles after a day of hiking.

Stayed here a few times, mostly with friends. Took family this year. Always looked after well
Wonderful food, with child options, comfortable rooms and very friendly staff. Hotel in middle of beautiful village. Lovely spa and pool. Access to vast skiing area... can walk to lifts or bus stops outside hotel. Discovered sledging runs this year which were great fun. Will definitely go again.

A cozy and stylish hotel with an indoor swimming pool, outdoor jacuzzi and spa with 3 types of saunas. The most important part is a welcoming team always helpful and attentive to their guests. A good choice of meals at breakfasts. Housekeeping ladies always do their best to make rooms neat and clean.

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. It was simply great and wow again. First, the location is perfect, right in the center of town. Second, the food is awesome. Each meal was wonderful. Third, the staff is awesome. Bruno, Tony, Luke, Sarah, and two spa ladies. They went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. My friend who does not do winter sports really enjoyed all the spa amenities , the outdoor jacuzzi and the pool the hotel had. Fourth, the beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. Fifth, the owner and his lovely wife were so helpful throughout our stay. We will be back next March again.

Stayed here 18-25 January and everything about this hotel is good. Great position for skiing excellent spa and food. Rooms spacious and have everything you need. The staff are very kind and helpful without being intrusive. Bar staff really good and drinks menu is extensive. Loathe to write a review as want to be able to get in next year.

Have ben wanting to stay at this hotel for quite sometime, so for my 60th birthday this year, we did just that.
Great location, right in centre of Ortisei, overlooking the square. Service and food was excellent. Staff were extremely helpful, a very well run hotel.
We had a superior room , corner side of the front of the building. Very clean , plenty of room, lots of storage space. Hotel lived up to expectations.
As I no longer ski, this is a good place for a non-skier, plenty to do, ride up the Funicular have lunch at the top. Gondola to Alpe de Suisi. Get the bus to Bolzano and Bressanone, from the square, well worth the trip. Also, into Selva. You can use the bus pass that the hotel give you for all this. Ortisei is also a lovely place to walk around, plenty to see.
My partner did ski, he loves this area, sadly it was a bit on the warm side, snow conditions were a bit iffy. But we had a great week.

It is a nice clean hotel with very friendly staff. Parking is a bonus. Centrally located in the town, close to shopping, both cablecars as well as the trail to San Giacomo church. Good breakfast spread.
