This was our second stay in Ortisei but our first time at Aquila Dolomites Residence and it did not disappoint! Marie was lovely, warm and helpful with all of our questions. We loved our top floor penthouse with amazing views of the pedestrian-only Ortisei and the mountains surrounding this lovely pedestrian-only ski town. The best feature was the large corner balcony with jacuzzi. Even when it rained, we could still enjoy sitting on the balcony and watching the world go by. The unit was very modern with high ceilings, a balcony in each bedroom, and two toilets for our family of four. We appreciated the modern appliances, high quality pots and pans, even a sharp knife which makes things so much easier. Underground parking is extra but very minimal in cost. It was so convenient to be able to just walk downstairs and have restaurants, grocery stores, and shops right at your doorstep. This was truly our home away from home and we plan to return again. Thank you so much Marie for helping to make our stay so memorable.

As already written in many reviews, it is right in the center of Ortisei, convenient for all shops, facilities, restaurants, etc. By booking the garage you get a pass for the ZTL. The structure is divided into the new headquarters called Heritage 2, very modern and cutting-edge, we were hosted in Heritage 1 which is the classic structure, but always very comfortable. Ms. Marie-Laure was delightful and gave us all the information and support necessary for our stay. Large and well-organised spaces, many facilities included in the price, I hope soon in the agreement with the Mar Dolomites sauna which is another flagship of Ortisei. Thank you and see you in 2025.

Excellent accommodation for visiting the Dolomites. The apartments are a five-minute walk from the main bus stop in Ortisei, located on a pedestrian plaza. They are comprised of two buildings - one traditional and one modern. I stayed in the older building. Retro but comfortable and lots of space: double bed in the bedroom, living area with two couches and a dining table. Small kitchen but it had most of what you need to cook. Apartment also comes with a large balcony looking into the hillside. A supermarket is directly across from the building - super quick for getting groceries. Apartment also comes with local discount including free entry into a swimming complex. I went every evening after hiking. Will definitely return to Aquila Dolomites.

We've stayed in Villa Aquila Adler for three nights and can highly recommend the place. The beds are good, the apartment clean and especially the owners are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Paolo gave us all kind of tips for our short stay in this region and called afterwards to check if our stay had been fine, which it definitely had been. Great place, recommended to all!

Booked here for one week in February to ski with our family (two adults, 1 son age 13). Location is as mentioned superb, in the middle of the centre (shopping-) street, parking space behind the building. Less than 200 meters from skilifts (either way, or to the stairs for Seceda or to the Seiser Alm lifts). Apartment is clean and up to date, very nice bathroom, beds are firm with very nice bed linen, kitchen is a bit small (but that's not uncommon in Italian households). The ski region itself is more than just great. Our second time here and with lovely restaurants (lots of cosy small places with great homemade meals) in town as well as on the slopes. On the Seiser Alm we've had lots of fun, also with the created speedtraps there and some selftimed tracks. Hopefully we can come back next winter!

We were for second time in Ortisei. I booked this apartment just for one reason, to be in the centre of the town. And I was not disappointed, the location is excellent - opposite the apartment building is a small supemarket, next to it a bakery and good pizzeria. The Ski lifts are within 5 min walk. Booked a 2 bedroom apartment for four of us. It was on the first floor with huge balcony. The Kitchen was really small, but we went out every evening. The apartment was properly heated, no problems with water or noise. Parking was for free in the backyard. Only minus we had to pay for the internet - 15 EUR for 24h service.
