I had already been to the restaurant in the past and remembering the good food I went back again this time and ate so well that for three evenings with my family we couldn't help but dine in this place.

A very unpleasant experience. As camp guests, we wanted to have dinner and waited for the waiter for half an hour, the guests who came after us had already eaten. When we ordered, the waiter forgot our order. After more than an hour we wanted to settle the drink bill and when we pointed this out to him he was extremely rude. Payment for the camp without a bill and it does not have showers, it is only possible to use the toilet during the restaurant's working hours.

Old-fashioned hotel, a little outside the center and very convenient for getting around as the bus runs every 15 minutes right in front of the hotel. Excellent food, generous portions. The kindness of the staff, especially Martina, top marks. In short, nothing was missing for a perfect holiday!

Stayed at the Hotel Pontives and used it as a base to sightsee around this area. Very comfortable. A quaint lodge feeling. Our room was clean , big and had a verandah with table and chairs, which was nice to enjoy the views. Bed comfortable and bathroom not modern but clean. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Breakfast menu had a lot of variety, hot and cold. Ate in the restaurant and meals were tasty and everyday prices. Carparking out the front and bus stop into the centre at the end of the driveway. Enjoyed our three nights.

We have just returned from Val Gardena where we stayed in this hotel. Amazed by the great availability and kindness of everyone especially Silvia... but also Mr. Renato and Martina was a week in which we felt "family" and even my children were really good.
The hotel has a great location very close to the bus stop and is very clean. Really positive note is the food ... every night the cook delighted us with real delicacies!

I was there for 5 days, very nice breakfast, a small but clean room and bath with a window, very good breakfast, and extremely friendly staff. Quiet, nice view. A fantastic value for the price. Ample parking, Busstation to Ortisei very neea. Also good food for lunch and dinner. Fair prices.

We stayed in this hotel one year ago and we had a wonderful time. The room was good and the location very silent, though in the industrial part of Ortisei. The food was good and staff very friendly. There was amicnibus that took us to and from to the lifts, so we did use seldom our cars.

Io ci sono stato a febbraio 2016 - struttura ottima, se la consideri un tre stelle, come in effetti è.
Si mangia tanto e da dio !!!! E' impossibile non trovare quello che piace.
I propietrai sono iper gentili e disponibilissimi.
E' collegato ad ortisei con linea di autopullman a 100 metrii dall'albergo.
E' isolato ed un pò rientrato dalla statale e quindi è assolutamente silenzioso per un riposo eccellente.
Io te lo consiglio sicuramente.
