Everything was great. The room was clean. The staff were very kind and friendly. Location of the hotel is great. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel that is going to Venice every 20 minutes. If you are traveling with a car, this location is perfect. The hotel is near to the autostrada, there is a parking lot, you can leave your car and go with a city bus to the city centre of Venice

Very clean, the staff was great. We had an upgrade that we didn't ask for. I recommend the breakfast and the restaurant. I will definitely choose the same hotel for my next visit. The fresh scent of cleanliness was unique.

We had a lovely few days at the Park Hotel, we'd highly recommend it. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location was superb and the decor and room quality was excellent. We didn't use the restaurant but the breakfast was top class.

Perfect location, just a few minutes from bus station and just a few bus stops from Venice (you can buy bus tickets in hotel). A beautiful garden and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Hotel has a large parking lot so you don't need to worry about your car. My recommendations!

We have just got back from 5 nights at Ai Pini & have to say it is a brilliant hotel. Great location for us. Short bus ride into Venice. Nice, quiet location with a few local cafes & restaurants which we visited for breakfast & an evening meal. The room was fantastic & very modern, great for a family of 4. The staff were fantastic & so helpful. They helped us with directions & gave us an amazing surprise present for our 15 yr anniversary on check out. We would definitely stay here again & highly recommend.

We stayed here a couple of days before a cruise and after the cruise. It was conveniently located in fairly close proximity to Venice. They offered bus tickets to take into town but we opted to take taxis to maximize our time. They always were so nice to call a taxi for us. The breakfast was very good and had plenty of options. They had eggs, meats, cheeses, pastries, fruit etc.. The staff was always helpful. We dined in the dining room and that was very good as well. The staff also will arrange a private shuttle to the airport. It was always dependable and a very good price. The rooms were nice and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel because of proximity to Venice, the price and the friendly and professional staff.

If you have a car and are wishing to visit Venice this is a great place to stay. Very nice hotel. Clean, quiet and very good customer service. The breakfast was excellent. Ample parking. The bus stop is right there and it takes about 15 minutes to get to Venice. A staff member provided us with a map, directions and instructions about the transit system which made the experience seamless.

A very nice hotel with free parking place which is next to a small park . The bus stop to Venice its a 5 minutes walk and the ride is only 20 minutes ride. The staff is friendly, the rooms are nice and clean and breakfast has a lot of choices.

We were so impressed when we opened the door! Beautiful wood and high ceilings, big windows, modern furniture and bathrooms. Good kitchen and lots of space in the dinning area. Great wifi too! The host was very helpful and friendly. Only less than 10 min walk from the Duomo and 5 from Sta Maria Novella. Will stay here in our next visit!

Our group (4 adults) needed last minute lodging and Ai Pini had a family room available. It was spacious, clean, well lit, with lots of storage. Great location, helpful desk, generous breakfast, quiet.
