La Palma Hotel is situated in the beautiful Tuscan coast of Versilia. The environment is an oasis of calm, although boast a central and strategic position. Hotel La Palma is located less than 1 km from the A12 motorway, 2 km from the railway station of Viareggio and just over 1 km from the beach in Lido di Camaiore. Even the Citadel of the Carnival of Viareggio is very near to less than 1 km as well as the city center. The outdoor pool is surrounded by palms and pine trees. The atmosphere seems to lead in an unspoilt countryside near the sea.

This hotel,is a Bed and Breakfast hotel only. It is a long walk to the nearest restaurants, and parking a car downtown of an evening is impossible. The hotel had a wonderful pool, but spoiled by the fact that they allowed guests to smoke whilst in the pool and around the pool!! The hotel room was comfortable, except for the sharp wooden legs of the bed, that seriously cut my shins. The twin bedded room is too small for both beds!! The hotel does not have a lift, which was difficult for my husband, who found going up two flights of stairs difficult, The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the breakfasts were very good They did not have an iron or ironing board, which as we weretravelling for three weeks, we rewuired.

Wonderfull and clean small hotel The staff (Serena and Antonio) are absolutely Wonderfull and helpfull 🙏 We lived staying here. Aqtually We left another apartement in Viareggio because it was lousy 😞 But Everything turned out fine after We moved to La Palma. Great garden, BIG and clean pool, lots of space inside and outside the hotel. Free parking. Nice rooms with air con 😀👍, Nice beds, clean bathrooms and balcony. Breakfast is fine. Everything you need. We highly recommend this hotel and We Will surely return someday. Best regards and compliments to the staff ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We arrived to find a lovely hotel that needs some work on it. The place is dated but nice, the air con works and the beds comfy. The breakfast was good with nice selection of cereals fruit eggs toaster ect. The pool area is very nice and peaceful , but the real gem was the staff, nothing was too much trouble and everything was with a smile 10/10. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Ian

Ended up here in June, just for a sleep, all by chances. This B&B is real nice, maybe bit dated, but it was perfect for our needs at the time. Staff is friendly and very attentive to your needs. On a last minute decision we decided to spend a long weekend in Versilia and I call them immediately. They remembered us and found a way to accomodate us with two rooms. This time I also had the chance of having breakfast, since last time I well overslept, and yet, the girl at the front desk organised some nice coffee. BTW, having an egg boiler with timer was the highlight of my morning. It is something rare to find even in a 5 stars hotel. Located a few minutes from the beach, a nice little walk through the little streets of Lido di Camaiore, rooms are very clean and looked after, considering the time that they can tell. Water pressure, TV, air-con and a balcony, a swimming pool and parking. Really this is a B&B? Staff is superb and, if you are back at 3 am, all you have to do is ring a bell... If in Verislia this is the place for me. Forget the rest. One note, is a two storey with no lift, so pack light ... ;-)

The hotel is superb and in a great location easily accessible by foot (we didn't bother with a car). The pool is beautiful and so peaceful. The hotel staff are wonderful, speak great English and are so friendly. Serena was so lovely and nothing was too much bother. We will definitely be returning and can't wait for another fabulous stay in Hotel La Palma.

Very nice and helpfull staff, they all spoke good english. Breakfast was very nice. The public beach you can use for free, is only a small area. In the big area you have to pay for the beach chair and umbrealla. Some noice from the street, guess the hopital is close by, as we often heard the ambulance.

Quiet and charming hotel. Clean room, plenty of towels and air conditioned. Extremely friendly and helpful staff - Carlo grazie - pool was lovely and clean, wi-fi is available and worked well. Price is fantastic and breakfast is included and is very decent at that. Staff were extremely accommodating - they let us use the pool and wifi after we had already checked out. We had a car, so I would probably only recommend if you also have one as it's a good walk from the main sea promenade.
