Clean, well equipped, comfy and very warm apartment with ski bus stops and the main street just a few seconds away. The only thing that spoiled it - and this can surely be fixed easily - was the very loud noise coming through the ceiling and the walls from chairs constantly being moved around on hard floors in the other apartments. It is so loud it was impossible to sleep. Putting soft pads on the chair legs would solve the problem. Noise from the street in the apartments at the front of the building also very loud when people come out of the neighbouring bars. But the railway station across the road is not noisy. And if you want a dark room, you need to close the outside shutters, as the curtains in the rooms are purely decorative and they cannot be moved.
Stayed for one night in May on our way through. The room was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Breakfast was at the main hotel across the road. Lovely breakfast and extremely kind and helpful staff. I would definitely stay here again and thoroughly recommend. Thanks for a lovely stay.
Visited here on a ski trip . Friendly staff greeted and made to feel welcome in arrival .Really comfortable apartment on ground floor . Warm well furnished and really clean . Close to the bus stop and a short ride to Campo Smith and the chair lifts. Also easy walking distance to bars and restaurants. Definitely recommend this place .
Location is very good. Right next to the train station and a few seconds' walk to the high street. The bus stop is, again, a few seconds' walk from the residence, with the bus regurlary running stopping at the slopes of Campo Smith. Some have stated you can hear the noise from the trains over the road, however we did not hear anything. There is a rather small terrace just outside of the rooms, which looked nice but was not used by us thanks to the enormous amount of snow:). The room itself was very nice and warm and had a cosy feel to it. Not the biggest of rooms, but its size was perfectly fine for us. We had a large balcony which overlooked the train station part. Sounds unpleasant, but it was actually a nice view with the mountains and trees in the background. Main street is great, full of great restaurants. There is a Carrefour Express a three minute walk from the residence, and there are two bakeries nearby as well as a cafe selling fresh and delicious pastries, great for the morning. Also, the price of Residence Tabor was quite good for a ski town in february. All in all, great stay. Grazie…
Lovely little apartment. Very central. The ski bus stop is just a minute walk along or another few minutes to jafferau bus. You can also walk to the lifts. We had #7, facing the street front. If you’re a light sleeper this probably isn’t the place for you. The train line is right opposite & you can hear your neighbours come & go & move furniture. There are wooden screens on the outside of the windows which is the only shield from light as the curtains are just for show. Pretty basic. No sweeping brush, baking trays or wine glasses. There was a mop but no handle. There is one plug socket for adapter. The others are 2 pin. I would suggest taking a multi gang socket for charging phones & such like. There is a hairdryer. Shower is decent & always hot water. No dish cloths supplied …
