We were in Bardonecchia in July 2020 just to visit a relative. Honestly i did not expect much of this B&B but i was pleasantly surprised. The room was sufficiently big and clean. The bathroom was quite large and spotless. Breakfast was ok. Only the parking may turn to be problematic. there was no sufficient space at the entrance of the hotel and i had to park along the road. In the summer it is not that much of an issue but i wonder how i would have done it if there was instead so much snow. Last note: pay attention to the fact that the hotel is not equipped with an elevator. You need to bring the luggage up via the stairs. People with mobility issues may find this problematic. Enquiry in this regard the hotel before proceeding with the booking.

We booked Chalet Bianca through Sempre Ski. From the moment we arrived we felt at home, only more valued! It was hard to believe that the 14 of us staying there weren't the only guests Kate and Graeme had ever had. If they ever tired of chatting to new people or sorting out ski equipment or giving us lifts, it never showed. They are amazing hosts who seem to love their role. When I decided to join ski school on the day after it had really started, they both actually came to make sure that I found my group and they could explain my needs. We didn't know the other guests but this soon changed after a few meals round a big table and many laughs. Three course dinners, cooked usually by Kristen and Kirsty, were delicious home cooked style. Wine is included. The carrot cake waiting for us after a day on the mountain was the best I have ever had.

We visited Chalet Bianca with some close friends to celebrate both new year and my (now) fiancés big ish birthday. It was our first time at the resort and to Italy for a ski holiday. We loved the authentic Italian style of the Chalet and the rooms we very comfortable and spacious certainly no problems sleeping in the comfortable beds. Everything was very clean and well thought out. The food was fabulous and the hosts Kristian and Kirsty were fantastic, nothing ever too much trouble. As for the owners Graeme and Kate their welcome was exceptional and the help and assistance, lifts to the slopes help with lesions and just being really lovely people who clearly enjoy their jobs. Indeed they were in on a secret that I was going to propose to my partner on New Year’s Eve and on our return a bottle of fizz in a wine bucket was in our room. I had asked for a cake for Helens birthday but I could not believe the masterpiece Kate produced, it was stunning and delicious. They made a real special effort for New Years year with fizz, canapés and a quiz later. We as a group really enjoyed the fact that Graeme Kate Kirsty and Kristian mixed with all the guests so effortlessly, Kristian even sang and played guitar for us one night!! The skiing is a little harder for some of the beginners in our group but there’s no doubt that we will return to Chalet Bianca soon. I should add that it’s great value also. Personal note to all the team you really made our week into a fabulous memory and clearly we will remember where we got engaged !!

We stayed over Christmas 2019. Graeme, Kate, Kristian and Kirsty were fantastic hosts. Food was brilliant and the attention over the Christmas period was perfect. It's always about the small things for which they excelled. The resort was lovely, nice easy trip from Turin (Approx 1 Hour). We found the local restaurants to be wonderful and great prices. Huge Italian pizzas freshly cooked for around 4 Euros. Glass of Presecco on the mountain was about 2 Euros. Ski school was very well run from 10am till 1pm everyday. The town was also a lovely place to visit in the evenings. I will return.

The whole team are great, the Chalet was warm and clean. Kate and Graham do the best to advise and help you have a good holiday. Lauren and Ryan make everything run smoothly, even with an injured knee Lauren still made a beautiful cake for afternoon tea. The wine was good and so was the food. We didnt have the best skiing conditions but still had a great time on the slopes. Love the wine bar within walking distance of the chalet. We met some lovely people who I am sure we will keep in touch with.
