Stay away. Very dated. The pool is nice but everything else at the pool was dated. The cushions had not been cleaned since 1980 which is where the decor is from. The room is really old. The sliding door was very hard to open. The room smells like sewer gas because they’re not plumbed correctly. Just don’t do it if your looking for a western style hotel.

If you want to sleep before 1 or 2 am, do not go to Aqualand. The bar near the pool blasts music until at least 1 am. It is the only resort in the immediate area that had music blaring at that time. It is incredibly annoying and inconsiderate. The bar preferred to blast the music for its 5 customers instead of consider the hundreds of others in the resort and others probably staying/living around the resort who might want to sleep before 1. If you want a restful place to go, find some place other than Aqualand. I certainly won't go back.

Very nice place for families, quite, peaceful. has a separate pool for kids and the adults pool is huge. rooms are renovated. and the view from the room is breathtaking, amazing! Bravo Aqualand Management team

Over priced, very dirty hotel, creepy stairs no lights in the parking everything is horrible. We booked a hotel room apparently the pool wasnt even filled yet they called a day before making sure it was fine and after taking an off day from work i thought its fine will go enjoy the beach me and my husband but i wish we didnt. The room is full of INSECTS and you cant walk barefoot because the floor is super dirty! We didnt even spend the day at the beach because there was noway we will shower in their toilet so we got there slept woke up and left. I went there around 4 years ago it was not bad but today was surely the last time. A waste of money

Don’t go there, worst place I have been in Lebanon. The entry for the swimming pool is expensive and an extra amount need to be paid to get the wifi. The swimming sea area is small and dirty. Once inside, you will realise that women cannot use the swimming pool without a swimming cap. And as it was not enough, no cap are provided by the hotel. We did not even stay 15 minutes and they refused to refund our entries.

Worst hotel ever! Receptionists are unprofessional, very rude, and impolite. Old hotel with old rooms, stained mattresses, broken doors, very poor amenities, broken showers, very bad service, sewage smell inside the building. It is too expensive for the service provided. it is not worth the money as they don't provide bed sheets, no breakfast, no free WIFI (you have to pay extra for wifi). If you are staying in the hotel and you get visitors, they are not allowed to swim unless they pay an entrance fee and they have to park outside. Food is terrible! The owners know that their hotel is getting bad reviews with 1/10 score and they don't care about it. This is the worst getaway ever and the worst experience you can get! I don't recommend it at all !!!

We went last year to this place, we didn’t try the hotel, so my review is just based on the resort. We bought discounted entrance fee via GoSawa app. When we got there the receptionist was so gentle to me, and he welcomed us, asked me to take my car inside instead of parking outside the resort as the outdoor security told us. perhaps when I quoted the coupons, he changed his attitude, and he said the parking is just for the hotel customers. The resort has nice kids area, and my little ones really enjoyed it. The swimming pool is very clean. The food was not good at all, and very expensive for that bad quality. My other complain was the cheating of the prices, I went to the bar to get a cocktail for myself, a guy came and ordered beer, and I heard the price. Yet, when my husband arrived, he asked for a beer ( my husband doesn’t speak Arabic, so he placed his order in English)without noticing me, so the employee asked for higher money for that beer, I told the guy that I just heard him telling that the beer is five thousands, so why he is asking the English speaker for seven though. He looked at me, and said it is not your business, I said it a since you are bluffing my own husband! …

Receptionnists are the worst !! With no smile and no communication she shakes her head like "what can I do for you". Anyway she took the money, but she did not gave me any receipt or key or anything even she did not tell me about the room number. This hotel is given 1/10. In any hotel wifi is free but here no you have to pay 5$/day in order to get wifi. For 140$/night I think the client deserves at least breakfast, free wifi and a good welcoming face. They are losing lots of clients in this way. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL !!!!

Not recommanded at all Rooms are terribles. Life guard at kids pool slap a kid since he sprinkled water on her. Toilet sanitary are dameged. No AC at reception, no bilboy, paid internet, crib for 20$, receptionist are not fimiliar
