In the heart of the amazing city of Batroun , great location with an amazing service , very clean ,spacious rooms with incredible view , amazing pool with beautiful private peach , highly recommended, definitely will visit again we had three rooms in the new building, many cafes and restaurants a cross the street .

The “resort” but I am not sure why they call it Resort and they don’t even accept a credit card. I booked from united states to stay at the “resort” as they call it and when i got in there to check-in they told me that i have to pay mal all stay with cash Dollar. And That made me not having the enough cash to cover for my living expenses. And after I showed them that they accept Visa, mastercard they got mad and told me this is the hotel policy. What a shame to treat the tourists in that way!

St Stephano Hotel remember this name, if you want to stay in the best hotel situated in the region between Jounieh and Tripoli St Stephano should be your number one choice. I am so glad that i went there with my wife. We felt so special from the day one we cheked in till the last day. The hotel has a beautiful lobby,the staff was so welcoming ,nice,and professional. The room on the fifth floor was so lovely,with a wonderful view on the pool and the sea. It comes with a jaccuzi,,a comfortable large bed, a bathroom with shower very clean, a mini kitchen with a microwave, a boiler machine, and a medium refrigirator. The hotel is situated in the center of what i call “ my happy place" where all the pubs, restaurants and coffee shops are located few steps away, like Pierre Y Amigos ( mexican) , Zaatar w Zeit, Starbucks, Taiga, Limon, Stephano Cafe, Dunkin Donuts. The hotel has it's own seafood restaurant Del Mar excellent. You can go and watch the sunset to Bolero and Titans two great pubs, or you can go further to Bahssa where you can find beautiful restaurants like Le Marin and Al mandaloun Overall i had the best stay in Batroun!!! and definitely will go back. I recommend St Stephano Hotel for every person who wants to discover the real city of Batroun with its craziness and loveliness.…

My husband and I spent there about 20 nights. Rooms were renovated and clean. We were staying at the last floor so the view was amazing. Staff are super friendly and they can speak English. Around it there’s many nice restaurants, almost everything is walking distance from the hotel. For sure will go back and it’s highly recommended

We were staying at another resort in Batroun, not at the beach, more on a hill. It was soooo bad such as the rooms, the hotel manager, the reception, and the cleanness. We even got a rash because of the unclean room. So we searched for another hotel in the area and moved to San Stephano. It was a great surprise for us. We loved it and it was a very good experience there. The rooms are clear, the staffs were good. We should have booked here in the first place.

So i wanted something out of the box for my husband's birthday and so ive chosen a stay in the luxury studio pool view and asked for a decoration..and the surprise was that it was beyond my expectations! The ambiance was very nice and the stay was pleasant! Just a note that when we ordered to the room food from the san stephano mar resort we were a bit disappointed as the food wasnt that tasty! Thank you san stephano for the cool stay❤

I landed in beruit on June 19...after a few days I was home sick and uncomfortable. Luckily my wife recommended finding a stay at San Stephano. From the second we walked in it was like I was a celebrity, customer service was incredible, the room was so clean, the bed was so comfortable, the amenities are crazy. A 5 second walk to anything you need from the beach, to the pool, to food and drinks, even a Starbucks that made me feel like I was home! Everything about this place is amazing and I rearly couldn’t imagine going back to Lebanon and staying anywhere else. From my family to yours I can only say Thank You for saving my trip and making me feel at home!

Clean family resort surrounded by lot of restaurants pubs and coffee shops in batroun city, i believe Europeans tourist would love such an environment , this is ny 12th summer in stephano and so far so good
