The room is dirty and the service is very bad, the phone is not working, we had to go down to the restaurant on the other side of the street everytime we needed something. No mugs no coffee no plates not even a bottle of water was in the room when we arrived.

Batroun bahsa bay was a great destination. The hotel is great. Friendly staff. Clean rooms with great view to the sea. A walk away from the village old souk and restaurants. I'll do it again in summer ....
