Old, dirty, run down. Mostly long term residential tenants it seems. The price was impossible to beat, but you get what you pay for. Never again. Horrifying. Stains and missing basic amenities, plumbing was a nightmare, the room smelled. I slipped on the cheap linoleum in the bathroom and fell. Do yourself a favour, run screaming in the opposite direction.
