Hi guys whoever wants to visit this hotel please beware that its a big scam hotel they show you fake covid positive report and force you to quarantine more than 15days stating reasons of county rules and scam you big time each night. Also they don't provide release documents on time giving silly reasons and charging you per night. Plus food is like garbage staff is arrogant basically its like jail where you are not permitted to go out of the hotel without release documents. Guys please beware of the hardtime they give with unnecessary isolation no food no medications no TV l in the room. Hope it helps You can thank me later.

Received prompt and friendly communication almost immediately after confirming booking. Arrived at hotel which has a welcoming style and feel. Greeted and assisted very professionally by Jaishan on arrival with continued follow up and support. Room provided clean with amenities provided. There's a coffee shop downstairs which provides lovely coffee, super addition to the hotel with breakfast also included as is free airport shuttle thus saving additional money. Wifi has been strong (yaaay) so far and the hotel is convieniently located to many restaurants, shops and also beach. Definitely a location I'd be more than happy to recommend either for short transit stay or longer period

We arrived to the port/airport and the hotel driver was waiting for us in a nice mini van perfectly on time. When we arrived at the hotel, they told us that there was a “problem with the AC” and they sent us to the hotel in front that was “partner hotel”. The lobby of the Murax hotel had a terrible smell of fried food, dirty floors and was full of dust. They gave us a room in the second floor which looked nice, but as soon as I entered, I noticed it had not been cleaned. The toilet bowl was full of someone else pee, the toilet sink was dirty.. after seeing that, I opened the bed and guess what.. the bedsheet were not changed: dirty and with hairs. The pillows had smell of someone’s dirty head. Disgusting. I complained and they changed us the room, which was the same but more clean. I was still feeling the dirty smell in the pillowcases. In addition to that, I want to mention the colour of the towels. They seemed they had been washed in the mud. Totally unacceptable. I would like to highlight that the best thing was the transfer to and from the airport. Breakfast was included, but We didnt eat it because we could hear all the staff in the hotel were coughing and spitting. Very disgusting. At check out, they added extra charge of the green tax even though I paid in booking a fee stating “all taxes included”. We had a very bad experience. If you can, avoid this hotel.…

This place has all the attributes of paradise, extreme politeness, immensely helpful attitude, never say no attitude and it gets better given how pocket friendly it is without compromising on the hygiene and aesthetics. Be it any time of the day, someone is there to take care of your needs asap. Let me tell you all attributes of professionalism and punctuality that were missing in a 5000 USD resort (i.e., Pullman, Maldives) were so much in abundance at this beautiful place which costs soooooo much lesser (not even 3 digits a day). Another example of there perfectness is shown in there breakfast, the juice is right amount of chill, sausages are right amount cooked, bread is to the point toasted. A very special shout out to the whole staff especially Salauddin and Jaishaan, gentlemen at their best. Whenever I visit Maldives next, I shall always stay at this place as I feel indebted to them for such courtesy that they have shown to us. I can go on and on as to how Crystal Beach Inn saved the day and Maldives trip for me after I had witnessed earlier in my day harrowing times and turbulence due to irresponsible and extremely disappointing behaviour of Pullman Maldives.…
