We have been looking forward to another stay and this was going to be our sixth time back in Eleven Trees. However, I feel very uncomfortable making the reservation with a lot of time pressure after having to ask for further clarification multiple times due to unclear communication. Very poor customer service.

Прекрасный отель, удобно расположен. Рядом есть кафе, рестораны и магазины. Номера чистые и очень комфортные. Персонал отзывчивый и очень дружелюбный. В номере был балкон с которого с одной стороны открывался вид на пляж и океан, а с другой на город. Всё было супер) рекомендую!
