Rude staffs, need to learn how to speak the basic manners. Not welcoming and don’t even smile. Raise the voice when speaking and they are at fault. Very immature and irresponsible front desk. Will never recommend to anyone.

This is not one of those fancy hotels that you should expect in Maldives. It is a very basic hotel with a neat and clean room and lobby. Some of their staff is very nice and hardworking. The rooms are decent and small for a good sleepover after touring the city of Male. There are some nice beach facing food places where you can enjoy a nice meal. The breakfast is also fair, no buffet. The good thing is that you can cross the street and find yourself on a beach!

Do NOT trust in the staff of this hotel. They do NOT honour their agreements with its guests. The staff were impolite to the guests. Simply do NOT book this hotel! On 11 Aug, we booked two suite rooms for day stays on 18 Aug from 8am to 6pm by paying the receptionist USD90 as deposit. The room rate was USD 90 per room. We asked for airport pickup at 7:30 am on 18 Aug for 6 people with 10 big baggages. The receptionist said that it cost USD5 per car and would arrange 2 cars for us. We got the receptionist and the car driver wechat numbers and obtained the deposit receipt a few days later. On 18 Aug, we called the driver at 06:45am and found out that he was not aware of the pickup. He then arranged only 1 taxi for us, as a result, some of us needed to wait at the airport for the driver to pick them up later. When we arrived at the hotel, the lady staff asked for USD5 per PERSON for the pickup. We showed the receipt to her and she then charged us the agreed rate. After copying our passports, the lady staff said that there was ONLY one suite room available! She said we needed to wait till 12 noon when the guests of the other suite room checked. We disagreed and eventually made her give us 2 twin rooms as substitutes for the missing suite room. At 5:30pm, we checked out and asked the receptionist to arrange two taxis for us. She charged us USD8 per taxi as she didn’t know we had so much baggages. We disagreed and the receptionist asked us to talk to the taxi driver directly. She called two small-sized taxis for us, which definitely didn’t fit our group’s need. The taxis refused to drive us to airport while the hotel staff put our baggages outside the hotel. One of us asked the receptionist to call three taxis at USD5 each for us and she said “I don’t like you!” We asked another staff to help and we eventually could get on 3 taxis to escape from this hell.

Please please do not stay in this hotel! No housekeeping and lack of customer service. We were given unclean room upon checked in(condoms, underwear, dirty wet towels and cigarettes waste everywhere) and it's suppose to be a family room! Spoke to the supervisor but nothing was done to recover! All workers are Bangladesh. Horrendous FREE breakfast! The hotel is not worth every penny. Management should really look into the running of the hotel. The spa is totally sleazy! Massage staff are all foreigner and we only see man into the spa. We went up to the rooftop to chill as a family but too many foreign woman apparently working in the spa. Place was messy and don't look like a chill out rooftop at all as stated in the website. Misleading info on outdoor pool but its actually a Jacuzzi tub and guest hv to pay US25 per person for a 2 hour use! What a scam to the guests. Please take your money else where!

After reading a few reviews and recommendations, we decided to stay here. The lobby was clean and staffed by young staff, who seemed attentive. We wanted to see the room before we checked in as we have never seen it. One of the housekeeping staff showed us a room which looked like that was just checked out. Was messy and smelled of smoke. The receptionist offered to show another room, and it was clean but had someone's shirt still hanging in the wardrobe. As we were tired and it was noon on a hot day in Ramadhan we decided to check in. Overall the room was small, the bed was comfortable, but had only one pillow per person. The next morning we were woken up to the sound of a drill. Having slept quite late, this was very disturbing. After giving it about 5 min of non-stop, drilling rang up the reception to find out what was happening. We had a hard time having a conversation because of the noise. I was polite, and when told it would take 15 more minutes, I tried to ignore it. After 20 more minutes, we called again and was told it would take another 5 mins. After the 5 mins passed, I had to go down to the reception and ask for the Manager who was not around. When asked for a contact number was given a number, but no one picked up. A Chinese lady who was the restaurant manager showed up and said it would take 1 hour after much discussion. No one had any control over what was happening in this hotel. Very disappointed.
