Dirty, smelly rooms.The pillows are very smelly! I booked for 4 people (2 children, 2 adults). We got a double room. They gave me a mattress with great difficulty. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!!!

Budget hotels near to huluhmale south beach. Staff's are very helpful. special Thanks to Mr Sachin from front desk. Good hotel with 24 hours front desk and paid airport transfer.we used airport transfer by 5am. No lift Access.

I went there with my family as a vacation. Honestly, I had the best time there at Beach Grand and Spa Hotel. The staff are really friendly and their service met with our expectation. Rooms are clean, nice and comfortable. It is located in the beach front and there's lots of restaurants nearby. Overall, we really had an amazing time there. thank you Beach Grand and Spa premium....

Needs upgradation work all rooms. See the images for the room view and the looks of the bathroom. The location is good however you will find many hotels good one and well maintained in the same area and same price range.

I had the best time staying there, Mr Amjad was very helpful. Its centrally located in the beach front, with lots of restaurant nearby. The guesthouse has also a resto (a Thai) named Happy wok, so you can just order and have a room service. The beach is just across, if you like to have a morning stroll or swim, but remember this is not a bikini area. Should you decide, its just 5 minutes walk.
