Staff and the service provided was impeccable - so helpful, so willing, so friendly and my goodness do they work hard - always with a smile and a 'how are you today?' The food was lovely - lots of choices at every sitting. We were half board and so we paid for our drinks - very reasonable prices - unexpectedly so - most cocktails around 4.00 euros - amazing - Michael's Mai Tai is definitely worth trying. Big shout out to Krassimira, Zoe, Michael and all of the staff really - soooooooo lovely. The rooms were cleaned everyday - our bed was very comfortable - and huge. The location is great - a short bus ride from the Harbour area - worth a visit but glad we didn't choose to stay near there - too busy and not so peaceful. (we hired a scooter from a really nice friendly guy called Costa) It's worth getting out and about to visit local 'hidden gems' such as Tala - beautiful little village up in the hills with a fantastic restaurant with a fantastic view over the area and to the ocean - especially at sunset - oh my word......the sunsets are a sight to behold. All in all - my first visit to Cyprus gets a 9 out of 10 but that's mainly down to the hotel and the staff who made it so great - the only thing we were not so keen on was the live entertainment every night was good but loud and if you were wanting an early night - our room was located where the music didn't 'stop' when left to go to bed.....but - there are worse things in the world than trying to sleep whilst listening to cheesy holiday songs right?

What a fantastic hotel lovely and clean on the top of the hill with the most fantastic views over Coral Bay!! The bar staff Elena, Zoe and Kissamera were fabulous as was Sofia on reception. The food was ok as all inclusive it can be samey but it was plentiful and it was Carlsberg lager which was great. The AI cocktails were fabulous!! The sunbeds could do with a revamp but there were lots of them. Both pools were really cold but invigorating. As a 4 star hotel there is no concierge which as a disabled traveller I found difficult. Our room was in the new building but our air conditioning didn't work 😕. We had a beautiful view from our balcony. The bus stop is right outside the hotel and you can go to Coral Bay or Paphos Harbour for just €1.50. The little shop in the hotel has lots of nice things. Despite the niggles I will definitely be back a highly recommended hotel.

Visited last week, great hotel and great location. Rooms were modern and very clean, all staff in bar and resteraunt area were so lovely and helpful! Reception staff all very friendly and polite. We decided to upgrade from bed and breakfast to all inclusive and had no issues doing it on a day we planned on being in the hotel. The second time we wanted to do this we were dealt with by a small gentleman in a shirt and tie who we found to be extremely rude, unhelpful and unpleasant. He decided that the reception staff shouldn't have allowed us to upgrade for one day only ( even though we had paid the fee on the leaflet provided) he continued to be rude to the ladies on reception and ignoring us. Continually walking away and dealing with other things whilst shouting. We later discovered this man was Nikos the operations director. He was so unprofessional its really put us off going back and staying at the Theo again. Every part of this hotel was wonderful apart from the half an hour we stood at reception whilst he told people off and basically called us liars when we explained we had upgraded a few days before no issues. He said he could not gaurentee we would return our bands back the next day... ever though we had done so before.. only reason I have taken a star off is his awful customer service and behaviour.

stayed here last week for the second time. very clean and the staff are always doing something. big shout out to the cleaner for room 60 in the new building as she made our room immaculate every day. the hotel is perfect for coral bay or paphos (bus stop outside) and very easy to walk to sea you beach bar 15 m down the road which is a must.only stayed B&B but the breakfast where as much as you could eat and lots of variety. only one thing I have to complain about is the bikes you can hire from the hotel,ABC bikes I think is on the sign. I know the hotel only act as an agent but the where in a very bad state. just one gear as all the cables where worn, so very hard work indeed. sad that I have to whinge about something that is not their problem but I did pay at reception so feel they need to jump on the owners of the bikes to sort them out.

The hotel was average which was not satisfactory for the All Inclusive price paid. The food was impressive to start as the breakfast choice was plentiful and tasty. However, this is free to all customers and the following A.I. lunch and evening meal buffets, although themed, we're quite repetitive and not very warm. The accommodation was clean and regularly serviced and most hotel staff were pleasantly helpful throughout the stay. The "entertainment", however, was much to be desired. Only two singing acts which alternated nights were on show in the dark deckchair area of the pool. The female act was quite talented and interacting. The male certainly knows how to play the guitar but really should not sing!! The location is set in between Coral Beach and Paphos. Each were about a 15 min bus ride in each direction and the buses are every 15 minutes. Not much in the immediate area though - one bar, one restaurant and one shop
