Great location on the seafront. We had a great sea view room. The room was spotlessly clean well equipped. The staff were ace. They were welcoming, positive and eager to make sure our stay was the best it could be. The hotel itself was very Covid safety aware. This is my third visit to this location and I have already booked for 2022.

If a hotel rating was based on their staff then the Premier Inn at Whitley Bay would be a 5 star. All of the staff were amazing and nothing was too much hassle. A special mention to Sharon who is the friendliest front of staff we have ever encountered. From giving our young children bubbles to phoning us when we had left a bag behind with the kids cuddly toys, we could not have asked for a more welcoming stay. The Premier Inn breakfast at the Beefeater next door was great as where the breakfast staff. We tried the Beefeater for dinner one evening and unfortunately the experience was different. Unhelpful staff at this particular service and a rather large grey hair in my chips when the food arrived. No word of an apology. Despite this, it didn't dampen our stay. This is our 3rd time here and the view is amazing. A special thanks to Sharon and the team. You guys deserve a pay rise. Keep up the good work and thank you.

Our ten day stay at Whitley Bay Premier Inn was excellent. Amazing beachside location, superb service and attention from the staff. Very clean. Great value. Would definitely go again. One recommendation would be to bring an adapter as there was no shaver/electric toothbrush point in the bathroom. Small point. though. Will be staying there again.

Lovely hotel with a nice restaurant attached. Friendly staff. Parking is absolutely horrendous. Lots of activities to do locally. Breakfast far to expensive and is not value for money. Room was nice and clean. Could have been doing with more fresh towels.
