I have stayed here before. This time I organised a 3 night dancing holiday for 50 people. We were all very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel & our rooms rooms. We had everything we needed in our rooms and the hotel was very comfortable to use during the day with lounges and rest areas. All the staff were friendly & helpful. They all had a smile on their face whenever I spoke to them. The best part of the hotel was the great food. Breakfast is served to your table which is so much better than a buffet. The variety of food at breakfast was better than I've seen before. The evening meals were great. Once again the choice was extensive and every taste was accommodated. I recommend the Bedford Hotel for any occasion.

Recently stayed for a few nights in this hotel. From check in until we left all the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The hotel and room we had were spotless and serviced every day. The room itself was very spacious and had a seating area which was very nice to have after a day out. The food was of a very high standard and the hotel also has a bar area if you want a post meal drink with some entertainment on occasions. The location of the hotel is superb and is on the main bus routes to Blackpool and Lytham with the added bonus of it's own car park which if full there is plenty of on street parking. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The hotel was spotlessly clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Overall a very pleasant 1 nights stay. Breakfast was a tad slow to receive, however this was partly due to a full hotel I guess.

Had a lovely stay, helpful friendly staff, comfortable rooms and excellent food and drink. Honestly cannot fault this hotel. Even the location is good as it is close enough to the prom but far enough away to be quit at night

This is the best place to stay in St Annes. The hotel is high quality all round. Prices are reasonable, The staff are friendly hardworking and will do anything to help a guest There is a coffee shop, bar, ballroom, books and games for the benefit of guests. I believe they also have a spa and gym. Beds are comfortable and all the rooms nicely furnished. The food is very good and service extremely quick. The evening dinners look like the offerings on Masterchef. When I look at the pictures of the hotel online I am very envious. I booked as a single widowed guest several months early and asked if I could pay extra for a double room but was politely refused saying all the doubles are kept for couples. So I had to accept a single which was up in the eaves, quite dark and very small and a bathroom which was microscopic. None of the useful room extras like ironing board case rack and trouser press had any room to be put up. I managed there for a few nights but would have been very uncomfortable for a week. Such a shame. The hotel deserves the full five stars but as a cramped single I can only give it four.
