Well placed on the outskirts of town. The room was nice with a comfortable bed. Restaurent and bar busy, but the young waiter managed to find us a table. Fabulous evening meal and friendly staff. Disappointing continental breakfast. Free parking and WiFi which worked well. Will definitely stay again when in the area.

We had a fabulous two night stay at The Mews Hotel. From the offset, the manager and staff couldn't have been more welcoming and hospitable. We spent both evening's dining in the hotel restaurant and the food was nothing more than exceptional. There was a fantastic atmosphere within the restaurant and bar was very popular with the local community. The room was clean, beautiful and very tastefully decorated with a very comfortable bed. There were tea/Coffee making facilities within the room and a hairdryer and iron were also provided. The en-suite was immaculately presented, with top of the range shower, sink and toilet and towels.

We stayed for one night in a superior room and couldn’t have been happier. The staff were welcoming, the room was spotless and well-equipped. Despite being a little late arriving, a table was soon found for us and we had a great dinner. Keep up the good work!

Great weekend stay, very clean with modern bathroom, friendly staff with a can do attitude (George) . My only real negative was the noise from adjoining room where another guests Snoring could be heard throughout the night that disturbed our sleep.
