I usually take Taxi. It takes about 30 minutes to get to the hotel and costs 50 euros.

I used a taxi. Quick and easy to find, and fascinating to drive through Vienna. The hotel is very central so lots of sights along the way. Enjoy.

I am not 100% sure, but I'm quite certain that indoor smoking is not allowed almost anywhere in Vienna.
