Hotel has quality design, very comfortable room, quality equipments both in room and bathroom. Coffee machine nespresso.
Service is very good, a very special mention to the front desk manager whose name is Maria if I'm not mistaken, an absolute kindness and efficiency.
Advise to book a deluxe room instead of standard. For a bit of extra, the deluxe provides much better comfort, especially during the weekend as some hotel guests can be very noisy and partying.
Fitness is fine with the basic Technogym equipment.
However pool is extra 25€ per person for 1 hour. For a nightly rate of 150-200€, the pool access should certainly be included with time slots for privacy.
Parking is 22€ per day and very convenient.
Overall, a very good experience in this hotel.

If you desire a true five star service & experience then Hotel Plaza is the place to add to your endless list of destinations.
Upon arrival I encountered a member of staff called Marc, I instantaneously knew this hotel was one of the last true 5 star hotels which deserved its 5 star ranking, concierge service at its finest. Marc was gentleman and went above and beyond to make my stay a absolute pleasure, thoroughly helpful throughout. I could write a dissertation on how wonderful this young man is in every respect. The hotel itself was a joy to stay in, the rooms and view from the balcony are fantastic. The rest of the staff were very pleasant. The decor all round was exceptional. By far the best 5 star hotel I’ve had the pleasure of visiting in my lifetime so far. Thank you

The experience of staying at this hotel is unique, it’s location, services, and staff are all fisrt rate. Add to that the place, Andorra, certainly a place to come back. Don’t forget to use the spa after skiing, it will make your skiing trip much much enjoyable.

While the location is excelent the design of the rooms is quite mediocre in relation to the price. It feels like in some apartment, not the hotel. The service was lacking attention to details, the keys from the door stopped working at some moment. Overall it's ok to stay here for a 1-2 days when the location is of utmost importance.

We had a great two night stay. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Nice room on the 6th floor. We ate one dinner in the ground floor restaurant, and while it was convenient and the service was good, it was not a good value and we would not eat there when we return.

During this 3 days trip to Andorra we selected Andorra la Vella as the most convenient location, hotel Plaza Andorra had great ratings and we never regretted our choice. Check in was quick, we liked our room, and breakfasts were excellent. what else do you need?!

Lovely hotel, super kind staff, and delicious food. The Chef is worth mentioning, from a informal dinner to morning breakfast or tea pastries, everything was delicious! Location is very convenient next to best shopping area and to main road. We have been for the first time and we hope to come back soon. They upgraded our rooms and we appreciated that. Everything is brand new and recently went through an overhaul. We did not have the time to try the Spa, so we have an excuse to come back!

My husband and I specifically booked this hotel for the spa and the website was even advertising a "wellness package" that was a promotion for spa access and two massages. We even chose to stay in Andorra la vella compared to another area for this particular hotel and it was a shame to show up and be told "oh... the spa is under construction." they did schedule us at the sister hotel spa and upgraded us to a junior suite but I would've preferred a refund and to stay elsewhere at that point. the sister spa was full of children and we had to walk 30 minutes in the cold to get there, it just wasn't worth it.

A lovely hotel in the heart of Andorra La Velle, close to the shopping streets, restaurants, bars and cafes. The staff were so welcoming and pleasant, they make a stay so comfortable.
Managed Covid controls safely and professionally, which keep you, other guests and staff safe. There is a cafe attached to the hotel and the restaurant for breakfast serves a superb choose of both continental and hot breakfasts.

The staff are friendly and welcoming, and they were patient with my Spanish! Parking is easy, you pull up at reception and someone takes your car to park it. The location is perfect for shopping and restaurants. The hotel has a nice atmosphere and is dog friendly. We would stay here again.

Yes, it is available for a little over 20 euros. Just leave the car at the front door with the keys and they will park it underground for you and bring your bags to the room. Great service!
We understood the off site parking was only about 5-7 euros cheaper at an outdoor lot not too far away, though we never saw it or looked into it. This charge seemed reasonable for the convenience.
