Arrival friendly and welcoming at the door and take luggage to your room, Restaurant food is excellent and plentiful, healthy options and indulgent sweets especially cakes and creme brulee! Restaurant is very clean with gloves to wear. all staff friendly and seat you and serve drinks immediately. Japanese restaurant was very good food and service! Room was cleaned every day seemed to know when you go to breakfast and was already shiny when you return 30 mins later. Room service refilled the fridge with water and soft drinks every day, also the kettle, tea, coffee is an added extra. So many great staff the manager always visible and smiling, special mention to Mia for fab aqua aerobics, getting everyone involved in activities, remembering my name from day 1 and greeting us every day with a big hello, lending me a pool noodle for exercise and Vicky guest relations is an asset to the hotel, loves her job and does it very well, she speaks many languages and is very informative. The spa staff are excellent had a quick jacuzzi and sauna whilst there. The bar staff are great and whip up cocktails and the pool service is wonderful to have and you do not even need to walk to the bar, they come round serving drinks all day to your comfortable sunbed. George and V and the team. Behind the scenes the hotel works like clockwork and the gardens are well maintained. the location on the beach watching sunset is beautiful, and you can walk along to the harbour. we met people that have returned many times and we will certainly return asap. Thank you to the manager and team for making our holiday a wonderful memory. Karen & Don

Stayed in September with family. Lovely hotel with excellent food. Staff very friendly and helpful. The only thing that let it down for us was the lack of family entertainment. Admittedly there weren’t many children but I expected a little show or maybe a disco (would have liked a dance myself) but the entertainment was aimed at older market (violin; saxophone etc) and was mainly in the indoor bar (never understood why the outside area was closed when it’s much nicer to sit outside - maybe due to covid and less guests so only wanted to open one bar?). Enjoyed Mia’s water aerobics (necessary to burn some calories from the food and bar). We had a nice holiday nevertheless.

Dear dizzymare_7, Many many thanks for your review and for letting us know that you had a lovely relaxing holiday at the Louis Imperial Beach Hotel. We are very glad you enjoyed our food and services and above all that you had a lovely time and would choose to stay with us. Thank you for the special mention to Mia who did the daily water aerobics. We sorry to hear that you didn't found the evening entertainment the best we do offer various shows and singers (Cyprus night, karaoke, saxophone and violin, fire show, dance show, Elvis etc...) the time you had stayed with us was not many kids but our kids animator Mia had asked everyone for mini disco she did a movie night as well for the kids. Regarding to your comments that the shows are inside kindly note that we do few nights indoor and few nights outdoor like this we try to please all the guests. The whole Louis Imperial Beach Team sincerely hope that we have the pleasure of welcoming you back again very soon.

We're literally sat in the reception area waiting to be picked up, and we wanted to make sure we wrote this review straight away! The staff here are all amazing, really pleasant and attentive - within minutes of arriving they all knew our little boys name (Logan - 7years old) and were always going out if their way to chat with him, and ask him if he wanted to get involved in some of the kids activities. 😁 The entertainment was also really great, Mia did a great job getting everyone involved and she was fantastic with the kids! For food, there was loads of choice and it was all delicious - you could be as healthy as you want with a great choice of salads - or have a selection of desserts with every meal! We would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in Paphos! 😊

Just arrived home after a week at this hotel as a family with two young kids. We had a brilliant holiday and could not fault anything really! all I would say is not many kids were there when we first arrived so they didn’t have the kids corner at the buffet on so sometimes my kids wouldn’t eat very much the first couple of nights, (fussy eaters) it did get busier with kids so they put this on eventually but that must be due to covid. Food was excellent though always plenty choice. Pool areas were very good never any bother getting a sun lounger around the pool, pool areas were great & thought it was excellent they bring the drinks to you as they didn’t do this at another hotels we’ve stayed at! great kids pool with slide!! My oldest went to the kids club a couple of times and had a great time! Staff were very friendly! Hotel was very clean, couldn’t fault our room was very clean and had a great view of the sea and pool! Bathroom a bit dated but was clean. Good entertainment at night aswell, overall great hotel was our first time staying and would stay again!
