Paphinia SeaView Apartments. Located right on the waterfront and commanding superb views of Paphos Harbour and Castle, Paphinia SeaView’s central position can only be described as exceptional. Taking full advantage of this super location all these spacious apartments have now been totally renovated to a very high specification (four star hotel standard). Superior Deluxe Apartments. Thirty one units directly overlooking the sea and Paphos harbour. There are large two-bedroom, one-bedroom and studios available. The specification for our superior deluxe apartments is as follows:- Spacious apartments with large private glass-fronted balconies directly overlooking Paphos harbour and sea. Granite-type flooring throughout, acoustic double glazing, air-conditioning in every room, luxury bathrooms using the same granite tiles as well as fully equipped kitchens with granite worktops, microwave ovens, large hobs, washing machines, separate tumble dryers as well as a large fridge/freezer.

This was our third visit to the Paphinia Sea View apartments, we wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in Paphos now. We are blown away by the amazing view every time and spent lots of time on the large south-facing balcony, which has table and chairs and sun beds. The apartment was very clean, spacious and well equipped and felt like a home from home. It was cleaned nearly every day and towels were provided. Soap, washing up liquid and sponge, and toilet rolls were provided. There is a good selection of cutlery and crockery, including chopping board and sharp knives. There’s a washing machine and tumble drier, cooker and microwave. Elena was very efficient and friendly as usual in the office and we have rebooked for next year,

We loved our stay here. The views from our apartment were amazing. We had room 101 & the balcony was huge. It was so nice to sit there at any time of the day & watch the world go by. Elena & team were just great to deal with, extremely friendly lady. Our apartment was kept spotless. Would highly recommend to stay here, right beside the beautiful harbour & central to everything. We will definitely return

We feel so lucky to have found this most excellent holiday apartment complex. It is probably the best location on Paphos sea front. The accommodation is very large and very well equipped. I cannot speak highly enough about the professional and helpful staff at the Paphinia led by Elena. Any request or small issue we had was dealt with immediately. The balconies are far bigger that any we have had anywhere in the world. The rooms are cleaned 5 days a week and towels and bedding are changed twice a week. The internet connection is very good and the modern TV has many English language programmes. The kitchen has full size oven, fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, plus a toaster and built in microwave. In the winter months the heating is free via the air con units in the living room and bedrooms. For such a superb location and size of accommodation the prices are very good value. Bathroom has full size bath and powerful shower. We’re are hoping to return for a month in May Thank you again to Elena who seems to coordinate the great customer focused service.…

We had stayed here several years ago and so knew that the location was excellent. Close to all shops and restaurants and with an unrivalled sea view straight out of the window. So cloe in fact that you could see the reflection of the sea rippling on the bedroom ceiling. Kitchen was equipped with a washing machine, handy for not having to do lots when returning home. They are blue and white in Greek Mediterranean style (yes I know it's Cyprus) and look like they have been refurbished in the last few years but still in the same colour scheme. A nice location to people watch while having your breakfast or having a cold drink after a day on the beach.

Stayed at these apartments three times since August , in total for one month. We cannot fault them , nothing is too much trouble even printed our paper work for the airport. Elena is a lovely kind person. My friends stayed also in a two bedroom apartment for one week and they loved the view and location. Cant wait to visit again next year.
