This 3 star Hotel is an exceptionally good value for money small and friendly Budget Hotel, superbly situated in the centre of the Old Town of Upper Paphos, Cyprus. With 73 rooms, it welcomes guests in the foyer with a convenient 24-hour reception, two lifts, and hospitable staff making it an ideal place for a holiday away from the beach. Only a few minutes’ walk away from the Hotel you will find the local Market & Bazaar, Public Gardens, Town Hall and many Bars, Restaurants & Local Tavernas that remain open until late in the evening. From the Hotel the nearest beach is Faros (Lighthouse) Beach, which is approximately 2 km away (8 minutes by car or 20 minutes walking). The tourist part of Kato Paphos is 3 km away and promises guests a picturesque Harbour, countless bars and restaurants and bathing possibilities. Many historic attractions are located only a short bus/ car ride away and include Land of the Kings, the House of Theseus & Dionysos and Saint Paul's Pillar. Bus stops are situated directly outside the Hotel and 200m away with a regular bus service operating during winter and summer. Hotel facilities include a 24 hour reception, currency exchange, free Wi-Fi, Restaurant serving Buffet Breakfast daily from 07:00 - 10:00 a.m., 2 elevators, outdoor swimming pool with loungers & parasols (Open April - October), small children’s pool (Open April - October) , Neptune Pool Bar serving beverages 10:30 - 15:30 & 17:30 - 21:00 (Open summer only April - October) and private parking area. Thank you for choosing to stay at our Hotel, however following your review we would like to say that we are certainly not a Hostel, we are a 3 Star Hotel that offers excellent value for money with high standards and levels of service maintained throughout all departments. Located in the centre of the Old Town Centre of Upper Paphos, we are close to many Cafes, Bars, Restaurants and local Tavernas that remain open until late in the evening. With a regular bus service operating from close by, our Hotel's location is ideal for getting out and about and exploring what Paphos and the surrounding villages have to offer. Just returned from this lovely traditional hotel. The staff were so welcoming and always greeted us with a chat. Ensuite newly decorated room with super sea view. TV with english speaking channels. We opted for half board ,the breakfast was plentiful and evening dinner was home cooked by lovely ladies , loved the soup to start, two choices of main plus salad then a dessert. Delicious home cooking. This small hotel is very homely where you are not just a number. It's in a great spot in the old town with number 610 bus stop just outside, get a weekly bus pass , great fun !

Open minded we booked online and stayed a night..dirty carpet in room..broken aircon and extremely rude reception staff..no welcome of any sort..just some Jack the lad type behind reception..couldn't wait to leave..an yes they do have refugees staying in the winter months..was told in good faith from locals..the bed covers stank from stale sweat..dirty run down bathroom..we felt intimidated to complain. So swiftly left

Firstly we do not have Refugees staying in our Hotel, only Tourists and groups from many different countries, so please ensure that your facts are correct before making slanderous/ false and unjustifiable comments. At no time were there any complaints or issues reported to our 24-hour staff on duty during your stay of 1 NIGHT, even though our staff are approachable and fluent in many languages. Our staff are very professional and helpful towards all of our guests during their stay even though at times some of our guests can be very rude towards them. We are certain that if our guests treat our staff how they themselves would like to be treated then this will be reciprocated without any question. All our guest rooms are thoroughly checked by our head housekeeper and our maintenance engineer prior to all arrivals and there were no issues found in the room that you were allocated. The majority of our guest rooms have NEW split air-conditioning units and all the air-conditioning units were serviced in January & February 2022. If you did not know how to operate the air-conditioning correctly then all you needed to do was speak with one of our Receptionists and they would have shown you. We comply and implement to the fullest all necessary and strict Government Protocols that are in place due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. Finally, we continue to offer excellent value for money, with high standards and levels of service throughout all departments and if it was not for the affordability of our Hotel many would not be able to have a Holiday. Stayed at hotel about a month ago. I visit Paphos regularly, normally stay in Universal area. For Agapinor, I see a hotel that has seen better days! Location is contrasting in the heart of the Old Town. However my room 317 faced a shabby apartment complex. As weather was exceptional yet to mild for air conditioning, I left the door to the balcony open at night for fresh air, the traffic noise from traffic below 3 floors down was quite unbearable! As was the music a lot of the times from apartments opposite. In 1 week, there seemed to be very little housekeeping done in my room. Hotel seemed clean and quite well organised, in general. Staff I dealt with helpful. I only bothered to use the restaurant once for breakfast, to be rudely shouted at by a lady staff member Wear Gloves!!! All I wanted was coffee and fruit juice. Alternatively I went to the multiple, cafes nearby in the old town for breakfast and lunch. It's good to have a car, for this hotel, but this is on popular bus routes to the harbour, and other areas. For the authentic bustling old town, the hotels location is superb. As was the price and a comfortable room for the independent traveller. But don't expect any friils!…

Dear Guest, Thank you for choosing to stay at our Hotel for your visit to Paphos, we were pleased to hear that overall you enjoyed your stay. The rooms on the Town View side of the Hotel have 2 sets of double glazed doors that when closed eliminate all noise from the side street below. All of our guest rooms have split units so that our guests can set the exact temperature that they require for either the air-conditioning or heating. For your information all of our guest rooms are cleaned daily and the towels and bed linen are changed twice per week. We have a Reception that is manned 24 hours so that there is always someone available should any of our guests have issues to be resolved or questions to be answered. Finally, our Hotel complies and implements to the fullest all necessary and strict Government Protocols that are in place due to the COVID-19 Pandemic. The hotel is very well located , walking distance from old town . Needs some TLC , furniture is old . Bedroom was clean every two days , in different occasion cleaners forgot to give us towels and toilet paper we had to ask . Some staff are rude , don’t even look at you or reply when you say hello , others are very happy to talk to you . Antonio and Michaela the best ones always willing to help. Breakfast was okay but limited . Room 305 has a nice view to the oven and an amazing sunset .
