Welcome to Sea Point Villas . We provide access to some of the finest Coral Bay Villas around, making it easy for you to get the greatest selection of homes and places to stay possible. Sea Point Villas is a complex of luxury holiday Cyprus Villas and Bungalows which are for rent in Coral Bay, Paphos Cyprus. Every villa that we provide has 3 bedrooms and their own private pool and garden. Tucked away in a quiet road in Coral Bay, the villas that we provide are close enough to be within walking distance to the beach and pubs, but far enough to be quite and tranquil. The coast line is just a 200m walk, where you can enjoy some snorkelling and fishing, or you can just relax as you watch the yachts sail by, taking in the stunning sunset view! Our Cyprus holiday homes are perfect as both a family getaway, a romantic break, and as a place to chill and relax and walk the area. They are also ideal for accommodation for sports teams, wedding accommodation, and especially a break from the harsh winter! Furthermore, all of our Cyprus bungalows are ideal for disabled guests or for small children that cannot climb stairs yet, as they are situated on just one level. Roman steps facilitate access to the pools, and the doors are wide enough to fit a wheelchair with ease. We the owners are on-site daily, always on hand to ensure that the guests experience true Cypriot Hospitality. If this is to be your first time in Cyprus or in Coral Bay, We will show you around the area, and even take you to the supermarket! Whatever you need, we will do our best to assist. All villas and bungalows are equipped with Wi-Fi and have flat screen TV’s for your entertainment and viewing pleasure. As a place to come for your holidays, Sea Point Cyprus Villas are ideal. We offer a quiet, secluded environment for relaxation and enjoyment while still being close to Coral Bay Centre. They also offer a perfect base and easy access from which to explore and experience all the local culture, history, traditions and customs of the wonderful people of Cyprus.

Just home from the most wonderful stay at Seapoint villas. The villas are absolutely stunning, could not fault them in any way. Perfect for adult and families with young children. Tina was extremely helpful with everything before, during and after our stay. We went for our wedding and Tina helped me with some wedding arrangements and recommendations, went over and above to ensure we had the perfect holiday and wedding. Will most definitely be returning for future holidays.

Just had a week here with friends. The villa was stunning with everything we needed. Tina and Andreaus were the perfect hosts. Beach within walking distance and if you want the coral Bay strip just a cheap taxi trip away. Fantastic restaurants nearby .

Friendly and helpful owners, very clean villa with good facilities. Pool cleaned daily and villa spacious for three of us but would also be good for six. Walking distance to Coral bay local restaurants and beaches. Great to arrive with essential items there for us to use. Would use again if we visited Cyprus.

Tina and Andreas provided a brilliant personal touch to the villa providing everything we asked for (and more) from the welcome pack of food to table tennis nets. The villas are located right on the edge of Coral Bay but easy walking distance to some impressive restaurants and great sunsets from the rocky beaches 200 yds away. The rooms are spacious and the pool area is great and secluded with high hedges and plenty of chairs (pool a bit nippy in April..). Kids used the nearby hotel gym and hot tub and nice route along the coast for a run/walk. Definitely recommend for a quiet location and the friendly owners

Very much enjoyed our stay at Sea Point Villas, welcome pack was perfect as we arrived late in the evening. Accommodation was spot on for our needs, the Villas are close to the sea and also walking distance to most amenities. What a wonderful place. I couldn't fault the villa and overall experience at all. The villa's are situated 5min drive from the main part of Coral Bay by the rugged coastline. The views from the upper terrace (Villa 3) are amazing, especially for sunset. Tina the owner was extremely helpful and made our stay very easy. There was a welcome pack of essentials waiting for us and Tina ordered in pizza because we were on a late flight. She also arranged car hire via a local company. There were 2 fabulous restaurants within walking distance (Porto Antiquo & Yialos Tavern) both with amazing sea views, food and fabulous sunsets. Within a 5 min drive (away from Coral Bay) are 2 other great places, again with amazing views, food and sunsets (Oniro By the Sea & Sea Caves Tavern). If you have a week here you can do great sea side tavernas and restaurants without stepping foot on the Coral Bay strip. Staying here is highly recommended, especially with the little touches added by Tina. I will definitely be going back.…

Originally booked the 5 bed villa but due to delays of holiday we ended up in 3 bed villa. Absolutely beautiful ! Cleanliness, location, rooms and pool were all excellent. Tina came to check everything was ok a couple of times during our stay and a lovely ouch was leaving essential provisions for our arrival. Lovely 10 min walk to beach, bus or taxi to coral bay and paphos harbour. Would highly recommend

A 5 based on the hospitality of Tina and Andreas. The villa (4) was nice, albeit a noisy pigeon which had nested on the roof needed removing. The villa was comfortable up to maybe a 4*, in a quiet and private location, a convenient base for Paphos and Coral Bay . The Wi-Fi and tv were ok, but not for live sport. Netflix and Amazon Prime were great. The parasol was in need of replacing but still did it’s job. Local shops sold everything you need. We’d sooner be there than back home, that’s for sure.
