We have only stayed 2 of our 7 nights but already now i can say that i am very pleased with the hotel. Clean rooms, Very Nice and Fresh Breakfast, tur pool is Also Nice. Only two facts that contribute to the missing 5th star - the pool is only open between 11 and 19 hours an tur poolbar is not porn! WHY IS THE POOLBAR NOT OPEN ?
The hotel is comfortable and has everything you need. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The food is 1st class and traditional. If you are looking for the sort of buffet that does pizza and chips as well as local food don't book this hotel. Similarly if you are planning on staying in all week book a different hotel as there is no games room or lounge. If like us you want a hotel to use as a base then go out and explore all day it's perfect. Night life is limited there are some bars some did karaoke but the playlist stopped at about 1972 so it wasn't to our taste. We really enjoyed our week and we went on the trips and to the beach across the road which is absolutely stunning. Location is good you are next to a supermarket but you are not allowed to bring food or drink in from outside. It was really funny watching people as they tried to sneak stuff in!! The buses stop across the road. They are cheap but not often valeted! If you want culture, history, good food and stunning views and beaches this holiday had it all. If you want a pool Table, kids club, animation team, chips, fried breakfast, pizza, Starbucks and McDonald's you need to book a different hotel.
My wife and I spent a week here from 9th September last year. Our flight arrived at Larnaca approx 22.00 which meant we arrived at the hotel after midnight. We got into the first room offered but we found it noisy. The next day we were moved to a room which we were very pleased with from all aspects. Small but perfectly acceptable bathroom. Good size bed and plenty of storage space. Good air conditioning which I find essential and a small balcony with table and chairs where my wife could smoke. Room well cleaned daily. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The food was not of the Michelin standard but was edible. However we tend to eat out quite frequently when away so this was not a major problem for us. Breakfast was fine with eggs prepared while you wait. Replenishment of bread, butter, cutlery, crockery etc., could have happened more quickly. I'd prefer it to be done before I had to ask, then my eggs don't go cold. Bar service was generally ok but on occasion staff had to go to reception or elsewhere to solve a problem which often left the bar unmanned. Towards the end of the week, this happened less. If they have not already gone, please take the speakers off the bar. It makes conversation difficult if the only space available has a 30-40 cm tall speaker right next to you. I thought they should be placed on the trellis thing above the bar. Good supply of all expected drinks. Pool was excellent. Plenty of umbrellas and sunbeds available. Please invest in mattresses for the sunbeds. Lying on only towels is not comfortable. All staff, including manager were quick to respond to any queries. A better understanding of English would be very useful, but I would hope that in the 3 months since we were there that has probably happened. Get the sunbed mattresses and move the speakers and my rating would go from 4 to 5!! As you are no longer with the company we travelled with, how do we book your hotel again?
We had such a wonderful holiday at this hotel. Having read some of the slightly negative reviews before our trip we were slightly worried however I can say that the problems mentioned did not prove to be any issue. We had a ground floor room on the road side of the hotel and the first night Was noisy but we soon got used to it and I know from talking to other guests that all the other rooms were great and did not suffer from the road noise. The rooms themselves are very well decorated and cleaned every day very well, the family room we had was on the 3rd level and was a double sized room with a massive balcony.
The restaurant is lovely and all the meals we had were delicious some people have said that the food wasn’t replenished enough but we never found that to be the case, there was lots of choice and it’s all so good! The chefs clearly try so hard to make it different and interesting. It tastes local and that’s the best way to have it on holiday.
The staff really made this hotel special, AK is great, he’s so friendly and welcoming and whenever you have a question or request he sorts it out so quickly. All the waiting staff and chefs are so hard working too and were especially kind to our kids. Faheid and Melvine were really great and set up a table for us every day as we were a large group.
The pool area is beautifully kept, the pool is lovely to swim in it’s quite fresh water there isn’t too much chlorine in it and the kids really enjoyed it.
Considering this is such a new hotel it’s amazing it’s so good. I think with a few small changes this hotel could be even better, for example they charge for coffee and tea in the room and don’t allow you to bring in your own food and drink, if they could just provide tea and coffee for free in the room that would be great. The other thing would be if they got a real coffee machine for breakfast and then you could have a coffee after dinner that would be great too! I don’t think there is much they could do about the road noise but maybe a hedge along the road edge would give some privacy and noise reduction.
I will definitely be coming back to this hotel with my family and friends. I would recommend it to anyone. I hope they do well in their business.

Dear Beth Much thanks for taking your time to put in good word for us, including your 4 star rating for our hotel. It is truly fantastic for us that you've had a wonderful holiday with us and most of all we admire the fact that you adopted to the noise without letting that upset you at all! Even better that you found our decorative room and our routine room cleaning quite satisfactory. We are really happy that you enjoy using our facilities during you stay and you whole family suited in comfortably. It was a real pleasure to meet and accommodate you and we all very much look forward to welcoming you back again in the near future!
We were a bit dubious about booking this hotel due to the distinct lack of reviews on it at the time of booking. We needn't have worried, though, as we had a very pleasant stay there. We were lucky to get a room at the back of the hotel, so no traffic noise. It was beautifully furnished, clean, and with nice views of the mountains. Lovely big shower enclosure too. The staff were all very friendly and helpful – we didn't have any language problems, and we noticed that if anyone had any problems the management were always swift to rectify where possible. We enjoyed our breakfasts – hot and cold food on offer, and freshly cooked omelettes to order. Evening meals, however, were not so good, varying from bland and boring to actually quite tasty. Also, as others have mentioned, hardly ever hot. We can't really complain, however, considering the price we paid for this holiday. We would have struggled to get just a room back in the UK for the price this package cost us, which included flights, breakfast, evening meal and even fresh pool/beach towels daily. Far fewer people would complain if they knew how little some hotels receive with which to supply all these services! People who want more should pay more! We didn't use the pool much, although it looked very nice. The slanting floor did cause me to bang my knees occasionally, but OK once I realised. We loved the beach – a pretty little bay with sunbeds, eateries, showers, changing cubicles and toilets. What more could you want? Great snorkelling too! Not much going on in the vicinity of the hotel, apart from characterful pub Dostlars across the road, which had low quality live entertainment on Saturday evenings. A great place for those wanting to chill by the pool or on the beach, and as a base for touring the rest of North Cyprus. If hiring a car, beware the horrendous traffic jams late afternoon/early evenings from the East back to the hotel.

Our hotel provide buffet style of breakfast and dinner of which we try to give different variety each day. It is important to have it in mind that we are not a five star hotel, we are only a boutique hotel. We try hard to provide decent meal daily of which there are handful of option to choose from. I'm sure we can satisfy your need on this department certainly.
