A very modern clean and centrally located hotel , our room looked out over main road but we wasn’t disturbed by any noise. Breakfast is a buffet style , could do with another toaster as looks of people wanted toast but only did 4 slices at a time. Reception staff are very

There were many misses that could have been avoided and would have made our stay exceptional. First miss: I was celebrating my birthday and wanted everything to be awesome and it just wasn’t! I planned ahead and gave the hotel our information for arrival at 5AM so that our

This is a fantastic hotel - ideally located to all bars and restaurants. Rooms are nice and warm (sometimes too warm, yes you did read that right) and beds are comfortable. Showers are beautiful powerful with good quality shower amneties to save that weight in your suitcase!

I don't think so but ask the hotel directly.

Iceland is really expensive for eating out and pretty much everything else too! We were too busy exploring to sit in restaurants for a meal. The Blue Lagoon Premium ticket cost us £86 each but it was worth every penny! This included a drink (soft/alcoholic) robe and slippers and two face masks during the visit. There is a slightly cheaper package but remember, this is one of the most famous places in Iceland and this comes at a cost. I would highly recommend it though, for us it was truly spectacular and an experience we’ll never forget!

I didn’t use the spa and really didn’t have time too.

Can they provide private car with driver?
I don't think so because prior to our arrival in Reykjavik in mid October,2018, we asked the hotel to arrange for a private return airport transfer but they replied in the negative and asked us to contact one of the tours operators that operates airport transfers.
