Detailed Reviews
We chose the Ace Guesthouse for our last night in Iceland as it is quite close to the KEF airport and we had an early departure on the next day. It is in a redidential area close to the highway but still close to some of attractions in Reykjanesbaer. Our room was quite big and the bed was comfortable.
There was a good communication with the host of the guesthouse and she even ordered us a taxi to the airport for the next morning. Also the recommendation for food was great (we went to Issi Fish & Chips).

We stayed here one night before our early morning flight. Our room wasment for four person and located in separate house next to the main building. The room itself was more like an apartment with own bathroom, two big beds and with microwave and fridge.
New, modern and comfortable. Close to the airport.

Room Tip: The larger room in separate house (called annex in many of the bookign sites) is really nice

+1
Great place! We came late at nigth, the Host met us and offered a welcome drink :) Very clean, nice and cozy place. Spacious room (our triple room had it's own wc and sink). Coffe and tea making facilities. Well equiped kitchen. Good self service breakfast. Fast WIFI. Very good location for those, who come late at night (close to the airport, but no noise, very calm). There is a good car rental (good prices, comparing to other companies). Strongly recomended!

Only stayed for one night as the location is close to the international airport and we had an early flight. The guest house is lovely, very modern with excellent facilties and a kitchen for use by the guests. The owner was very helpful and even offered to take us to the airport at 6am for half the cost of the taxi fair!

Excellent stay for 2 nights, one post flight from London and one pre flight to Canada.
Easy to find after leaving the airport and was a welcome sight at 2am arrival. Bit weird as it was fully light (summer time) at 3am but the room had great blackout blinds, not that a wife needed them. Host was very helpful and the breakfast was DIY from a great selection to choose from in the kitchen.

Stayed here for one night prior to our return as we wanted somewhere close to Blue Lagoon and the airport.
Clean, well equipped.
Biscuits and fruit provided for breakfast.
Plentiful herbal teas and coffee pod machine.
Owner friendly.
Walked to deli.

Host is amazing. Very polite and prompt, even let us into our room several hours early after an overnight flight. room is superb, great rate, close to airport! The shared bathroom is very private and hardly even a shared bathroom since there are two toilets separate, just one shower. Everything you could want! I'll be back here again.

We stayed there for 1 night and arrived at 01:00am. The stuff was totally friendly and the room was really beautiful. Breakfast was perfect.
If you arrive very late, or you have to fly early in the morning ... that guesthouse is great

This is the clear choice for us to stay in our final night in Iceland before we have our early flight the next morning. Only 10mins away!
Guesthouse owner is very personable and gave us an upgrade due to availability. We had a very cosy room with superb bathroom. Wifi is great and even the window view includes our last northern lights show.
They have an outdoor jacuzzi too so if you are skipping the Blue Lagoon, you can enjoy the same water right at your doorstep! All in all, everything that we want is here.

Thank you very much!
Hi, sorry I have only just seen your message. I booked the camper van via acecarrental.is - if you google search 'ace car rental Iceland' you can follow the link and do your booking online
Hi , i think one of the reason why Ace is a perfect location for Kefalvik affairs is becuase you could arrive 24 hours a day and you could leave 24 hours a day. Only one thing should be verified > i am not sure if they have a room for 3 people. I supposed it should not be a problem , they seem to be so flexible. hope it could help , sorry for late answer!
Lisa, I think you sent your question to the wrong person. You need to ask the owner. You will have a great time in Iceland!
