In my review of the Agnadi in 2019 I said that it would be our first choice if we were to return to Amorgos. We returned in June 2023 and were not disappointed. In fact, the facilities have been improved. The wifi reception has been upgraded and pergolas are being added to the balconies making the hotel even more attractive as a place to stay in Aegiali.

Amazing little hotel. The lady that owns this place is so friendly and hospitable. The rooms are large and very clean. Views of the sea are fantastic. Sadly we had to cut our trip short by a day due to personal reasons however would 100% return and stay here . The owner also organised a taxi for us which was really helpful. 😊

We stayed at this hotel because we could not get into our first choice. What a stroke of luck! The hotel is fairly new and everything is fresh and pristine. Our room was bright and clean and the view from our large balcony over the bay was stunning.

The room we had (a triple) was a good size. All the furnishings were new and although there was a lack of drawers there was enough space for all our clothes and other bits and pieces. The AC worked well and the WiFi, although a bit temperamental, did work. The bathroom was a reasonable size and well kitted out. The powerful shower always provided hot water.

Breakfast is not provided but the kitchen area was sufficient for preparing food. Eating a leisurely breakfast on the balcony was one of the joys of the holiday. The private parking space was also a bonus.

Fotini and her daughter were very welcoming and could not do enough to make our stay enjoyable. We would recommend the Agnadi to anyone seeking a relaxing holiday in paradise. It will be our first choice if we are lucky enough to return to Aegiali.

Lovely welcome on our arrival. We even got to decide which room we wanted. Rooms are lovely, good size bathroom and shower. Nice balconies with fab views. Owner even brought breakfast from bakery for us, result! 5 minute walk down into the town. Loved it!

It is not the idyllic location facing the bay-it is not the loveliness of the Cycladic scenery - it is the hospitality of the owner and the ever-present smile on her face!!! As soon as we arrived we were treated with home-made pasta flora-it was heavenly- In addition to that, I found a bottle of water inside my fridge-was it a complimentary gift? Was it forgotten by the previous tenants? nobody knows for sure-What I know for sure is that next time I visit this fantastic place, I will certainly opt for this hospitable establishment!

We got a brand new room that was very nice and open, big enough for the whole family, 4 persons, with aircondition (that we were very thankful for because of the heat). The room has a beautiful view over Aegiali bay and the sunset here is amazing! It is close to the beach, the port, restaurants and small stores.
Our hostess, Fotini and Maria, really wanted to make our stay here as pleasant and memorable as possible.

The hotel is located in an amazing spot, 2 minutes walk from the port of Aegiali. There is a short walk up a steep hill but worth it for the views from the balcony. We requested a 2 bedroom apartment with sea views. Each room had a/c which was needed. The spacious room was lovely with a small kitchenette & really clean. The views from the balcony were amazing with beautiful sunsets evey night. The wi-fi was a bit hit & miss. The hotel helped us organise taxis to & from Katapola port which were seamless. There are restaurants & shops within a short walk and the beautiful beach is about 5 - 10 mins walk away. Its a beautiful spot and would stay here again.

Fotini from the Agnadi hotel could not have been more gracious to our guests who had to cancel as a result of their flight to Athens being cancelled and then missing the ferry to Amorogos. Their location has a beautiful view and just a few minutes walk into the village. So worth the Value. We will keep them on our list!

We stayed in Agnadi for two nights on recommendation of friends that had a lovely luxurious room in the new section. My advice would be to always ask which room you will be getting, as our room was in the old section, with dated everything. No shower curtain, so the bathroom got flooded every time we used it. The tap in the kitchenette was also temperamental, so was the wifi. The views however was lovely from our minuscule balcony. The owner was kind and friendly, but her limited English and our poor Greek made communication difficult. On the plus side is the close proximity to the port. Perfect for early morning ferry departure.
