Friendly staff and cozy room. We had a room on 4th floor. The hotel offers free wifi, 24h reception, or self check in & check out, 24h bar (drinks & snacks - reasonable prices), renting a bike, there is a large living room for all the guest to enjoy. The location is excellent, in the center of the town. We didn't use any transportation beside walking. All the sightseeing are 3-20' from the hotel. Excellent choice of accommodation to enjoy Copenhagen.
This is a very nice hotel. The location is fantastic. The breakfast is good. Not huge but enough. The room was small but it had almost everything. The only thing missing was a shoehorn. I will most definitely come back. The staff is excellent.
We reserved a room explicitly requesting two separate single beds. Without further notice we were told upon checkin that there is only a double bed. The room that was shown to us was reminiscent of the inside of a caravan, not a hotel room. We had to pay a hefty amount of money to receive a room with two single beds. The presumably heavenly view at an extra cost turned out to be sign onto a front of the opposite house and some garbage cans. Poor breakfast buffet, litte choice. The first day we received free breakfast vouchers to compensate for the trouble with the single beds. The hotel though is nicely located and the (expensive) Parking house next door is very convenient.
The Reservations Department helped me out of a situation regarding a booking I made. It was resolved with their help. And upon check in the Front was also very helpful. The room is perfect for me with a comfortable bed!
Had a great stay at this hotel. It's nice, new and clean. Only missed a closet to put away my clothes. Bathroom is from milk glass, so if you share a room you don't have 100% privacy in shower and toilet. Great location. Used a Wakeup bicycle to bike around in the city, great way to get around. Very close to metro, traveled to the airport in 20 minuten.
The location is perfect, right in the middle of the town, you can go anywhere walking or with bicycle BUT, the bedroom and the bathroom are really small for 2 people and if you are not lucky you can sleep with your face on the wall because of the lack of space i booked a room with a view on town and i did have the view to the office in front of my window The breakfast is OK but the area is really crowdy and noisy Everything has been thinked to make money with a single space It is a very poor value for money hotel
We stayed a total of 5 nights on either side of a trip to the Faroe Islands. The rooms are small but very efficient for a couple. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything we needed. There were always staff at reception to help. It is centrally located near cafes and the harbor. Worked well for us.
Lovely hotel, excellent location, good buffet breakfast; reception staff incredibly kind and helpful. Room was minimalist but comfortable. Free WiFi, with numerous digital television choices, including BBC and CNN.
Advantageous price and location, but I will not go back there : the cleaning staff had obviously left my door open, someone had entered and dirtied the toilets in my room after my 3rd night, during my day absence. Horrid. My bags were not touched (no values were left) and it got cleaned rapidly and thoroughly by the cleaning lady (I would never have left the toilets in this state!), but I felt insecure and spoilt this last night. +, as I was waiting for my room to be cleaned downstairs, the staff were laughing at the subject, not realizing I was there. There is indeed a lot of passing by in this huge hotel, and few staff. Btw, I had to queue half an hour for check in. So I guess the room was not closed well after cleaning on the Friday morning, and someone introduced themself in my room. This was considered as "bizare" by the staff, but no explanation was offered, some excuses, and the proposal to have the bfast free (I had prepaid, so didn't accept the offer). Added to this, I had asked to split the bill 3 + 1 night, as the last one was personal, the previous profesionnal. It was not possible, but I had to wait (patiently!) a lot to get this answer. All in all, the place would be acceptable given its position in price and geography and the first impression was good, but it is not secure, and to pay for lockers to leave your luggages for a few more hours is not acceptable either (and not secured also).…
Shades are insufficient to block light from outside and cleanliness could be improved (a lot of hair found on floor). Find it expensive for the quality. Checkin automatic is a plus when it works. Average
