So, not sure why Zoku appealed so much to me — maybe the whole co-working hotel concept. But it was honestly perfect for me. An efficient, modern room, spotlessly clean, attractive but simple and optimized for functional comfort. Not right downtown, but very close to metro and plenty of dockless bikes. It was a refuge. I also had lunch there, and while you can only have the one dish they’re serving, it was so fresh, deliciously simple. I will absolutely be back.
We had a 4 night stay in a XL Loft and we really loved the hotel. The location is out of the centre in a quiet area . However the metro station is a 3 min walk and is a super easy way to get into the centre. The room is fab and has everything you need. The bed is really comfy and the kitchen is well equipped. There is a supermarket attached bed to the hotel and has lots of nice salad options for an easy dinner. The breakfast area is lovely and the options were great. Really fresh and high quality. The eggs are delicious and the sourdough break makes fab toast! The staff were really friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend staying at the Zoku
We stayed here for one night before starting a cruise. I chose it due to being between the airport and the cruise terminal. The neighborhood turned out to be not great for tourists, it’s kind of boring and doesn’t have much to do within walking distance. The metro is a short walk away, and there’s a supermarket just around the corner. The reception desk and public areas of the hotel are on the 5th floor. There’s some nice sitting areas here, both inside and outside depending on the weather. Check-in was a strange process. We started with an ipad before a staff member came over and finished things up. The staff is all very nice, but they’re all very young and inexperienced, and thus not always helpful. Our room was nice. Lots of storage space and a view of the courtyard. I forgot to bring a european plug adapter, but thankfully all I needed was to charge my phone, and there’s a few USB ports in the walls. The mini-fridge was bizarre, only has room for one bottle of water or wine. Bed was VERY comfy and cozy. We slept great! Pillows are much too soft for me, I prefer firm. Hairdryer is OK. Few toiletries offered, only shampoo and body wash. The shower floods very easily! We tried to get management to come fix it before anything got damaged, but they never did. Breakfast wasn’t that great, would’ve been better to grab something from the supermarket. Overall, it was a comfortable stay but not quite what we were looking for. This is a better place for a longer stay than for a quick touristy overnight.…
The check-in is at the top floor, the 5th floor, where the bar/restaurant is also located. Friendly, young staff welcomes you and does the check-in very quickly. Our room was in the 2nd floor. It has a modern, cool design that makes it look more like a one small bedroom apartment than a hotel room. It has a kitchen, working desk, sofa, and plenty of storage space. Bathroom very modern, with great hot water. Wi-fi was very good. It has everything you need (microwave, kitchen, dishes, silverware, etc.) to live in the hotel for a long stay. The hotel is by the Southern campus of the University of Copenhagen, a lot of students live around the hotel. There is a Fotex grocery store in the corner and a very decent (and inexpensive) University cafeteria two blocks north of the hotel. We came back walking from the city center many nights and we never felt unsafe or had any problems. The location is a short 25' subway ride from the CPH airport and a 20' walk to the center of Copenhagen. Highly recommended. We'll stay again at this hotel next time in Copenhagen.…
Costumer Service was Excellent, Rooms were clean, The Chef at the Restaurant and staff, and reception area all so friendly and welcoming. Rooms were well designed and comfortable had all the amenities you needs in addition there was a room on each floor where you could get extra towels etc If you wanted a little snack outside of the hotel their was a supermarket next door and the train station was a 5 minute walk away. You are literally 3 train stops from the middle of downtown Copenhagen and you can easily switch trains to the airport. When I visit Copenhagen again it we'll be Zuku Copenhagen. 5 Stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This hotel utilizes a modern concept a bit unlike most hotels I’m used to. You take an elevator to the 5th floor in order to check in at the hotel bar. The staff is young, many of them apprenticing and all trying hard to be helpful. The hotel rooms are very cubicle making use of every square inch of space. I think the spaces are a bit too tight. The hotel has tons of amenities. They’re all a la carte so you can expect a good cash outlay if you buy drinks, food or snacks. The location is good with a super market only steps away from the Zoku’s front door. This place is great if you’re young and want to adventure a bit in somewhat tight quarters
Amazing relaxed atmosphere. The place is very well decorated, with lots of plants and lights. The food was really delicious! And the prices affordable too. The chef was also very friendly and talented. Can't wait to go back for brunch! Fully approved!
We stayed at Zoku Copenhagen for three nights. Room was nice, everything we needed and more. Very clean. Breakfast was good - missed the pancakes on monday morning though ;-) Staff was very helpful and friendly. Good atmosphere.
Wow. The best hotel and service possible. From the friendly staff, to the very well-thought details in the modern, comfortable flat. It is also above a supermarket called Neto, where you can buy all sorts of stuff and prepare it in the kitchen facilities of your flat. I will definitely be staying at their venue in Vienna over the summer. Actually, it makes me want to go there to stay in it again.
I would like to highly recommend this hotel! Very comfortable and clean rooms, full of pastel colours and fully equipped; extremely friendly staff; home ambience; delicious food in the oryginally designed restaurant. All these elements made me feel very special and satisfied. P.S. I am a steak lover. I have eaten the best steak in my life there! I will go back there for sure.
